The food was good, but there was no teamwork, and it took almost 15 minutes to get our food. I understand having a time frame for drive-through. This goes back to teamwork. If you don't have it it will take longer with your orders. Everyone was nice and friendly
The ladies that work drive thru lately have been fabulous! So sweet and kind. They even talk to my dog for a second and make my dogs day, she want to say hi to everyone, and they always give her that hello she wants. The food was hot and fresh as well.
Worst experience I have received at Burger King. Elizabeth the manager had an attitude form the moment I stepped into the store. Her face was completely disgusted. Mention that what else do I want from her blood sample. Very rude and disrespectful .
I ordered through the app to pick up at the counter. I get there and the doors to the restaurant are locked , forcing everyone to go through the drive thru. At this point there's a6 car line waiting to place their order. When it's my turn, they can't find my mobile order and ask me what I ordered to pay for it again.. not! I show them my order and tell me they don't have oreo shakes. 10 minutes later they give me my order with a vanilla shake.. why is BK doing so bad ??
I should have known the experience was going to be bad when I pulled into an empty parking lot at 4 in the afternoon on a Monday. 4 staff members and not a clean table. A guy moping the floor has no idea how to mop. He moved the mop back and fourth without picking it up just pushing debris into the wall or under the booths. The french fries probably have been on the heat warmer since yesterday. The lettuce on my Whopper was sweating and wilted. Not an ideal stop.
This place was pretty good. I will say, it’s better than any other Burger King I have been to in a long time. I went to drive thru, the gentlemen were polite and efficient. The burgers came out hot which I wash taken because of my previous experiences at other locations.
The presentation wasn’t all that, but it definitely has the BK taste which I was happy about. I had 2 Whopper Jrs w/ bacon and the big fish sandwich. TBH, the big fish wasn’t big at all and was thin as a thick piece of cheese. Would I come back here? Sure. I wouldn’t order the big fish sandwich though.
Nothing bad to say about this location, it got the job done and better than other BK locations.
The food was definitely hot, but it felt like it was under a heat left for like an hour. It was such a messy burger, and the bun was dried out on the bottom and wrinkled from City for so long. It was a little disappointing. The french fries were as hot as they normally are, they didn’t cook them long enough
The strangest corporate food setting I've ever been to. The employees seem to choose who they are willing to serve and the man that runs the drivethru is lacking sensibility or sanity. But if they choose you as a customer then the food usually comes out standard Burger King style
