I work in fast food to and I know when your at the window your not supposed to have your back turned especially when a customers waiting for you to cash out there order.
I saw an online advertisement for some limited time offers and thought it looked interesting. I went to the website to see more, only to find that I was only allowed to look at breakfast items (apparently I was a few minutes too early to view anything else). I never understand why these companies invest a small fortune on web pages that are totally useless. Since they apparently don't want anyone to actually look at their heavily advertised items, I will not be doing business here. Seriously, fire your online people and hire someone who knows how to make a decent web service.
I've been here twice, and the staff, those times, were friendly and attentive. I came back another day, and I wasn't quite ready to order, so the staff went to the back until i was ready. She never returned to the register, other staff saw me waiting and said nothing. After a while, I sat down at a table near the register. There was only one customer there, and they were waiting for their food.Still, no one said anything or came to the register. I then gave up and left. I won't be returning because this was a waste of time.
I love going here! The people are so nice here! The food always taste fresh! Shout out to the female supervisor on the floor. She is always nice and kind to all customers
I stop by almost every morning on the way to my shop. The service is always good, but even better when the most adorable young lady is working. She always has a smile, and that is a great way to start my day. That kind of service and work ethic is pretty rare anymore. They are lucky to have her, and so are we ;-) I've only done drive through, but it's brand new so I'm assuming the "atmosphere" pretty good.
This location is by far one of the best!! Stopped by this evening and the manager on shift was amazing!! Great customer service, he ensured our order was fresh and promptly served. Thank you for making our experience worthwhile. We will definitely be back!!
This is by far the cleanest, newly renovated, decent location. And now in a great shopping center with whole foods and American furniture store. The food was fresh and char broiled the way BK is made to be. They do great work on making sure the homeless population stays a good distance away so you don't get bum rushed no pun intended.
Brittany at the Burger King on Carlisle next to Whole Foods in Albuquerque, NM was excellent. She provided amazing customer service and was very prompt. The establishment appeared to be very clean. Great Job Burger King!
