I'm not even sure which Burger King I'm rating because that's the only fast food restaurant we stopped at leaving Michigan, going to Missouri, then Ohio, then North Carolina and back to Michigan. All were exceptional...
More the once we've gone to this store and they are closed early or just didn't open. The dining room has been closed since covid and never re-opened. It really is a shame, because the workers have always been decent and the food has been up to standards. But tonight we show up just after 9 with having placed an online order-- and they were closed. The window and signage all show the location open till 10. Another time we went about 730, and they had closed hours earlier. I'm not sure how corporate handles that, but I'm positive it has to be bad for business.
Pulled up at 915 am for breakfast and the drive through was too small for my truck, so we went to go in and the dining room was locked, the lady cleaning completely ignored us and we went to tudors

Worked almost 12 hours and waited in their drive thru for almost 20 minutes just to get served a inedible chicken sandwich. The chicken was burnt from sitting under the heating lamp for too long and they decide to serve it to me knowing it was bad. Whoever was that cook just ruined my day and stole my money. This happens literally all the time and nothing is done about it.
I'm filing a complaint to corporate and this isn't just some angry, entitled customer. This is you failing me when all I wanted was some decent Burger King. I wasn't expecting fresh food nor asked for it yet you serve me food that should've been tossed in the garbage after the timer expired on the holding time.
Absolutely unacceptable.
My daughter really wanted Burger King, but we were disappointed. I got the mushroom and Swiss melt. It was blah, and messy, mayo all over my hands. My daughter had a bacon king junior and it was also messy.
Not a great BK, but it's near by. One guy is top drawer employee and he clearly does most of the work. The other one seemed like she was unsure about everything and sort of stood back, like she expected him to jump in and do it for her. Also, I almost got out the Door w/o my entire order. I would have, if I hadn't stopped to buy a lottery ticket. Also, they stop selling ice cream at 6 pm, so people wanting ice cream or shakes for after dinner snack have to get in line at Dairy Queen, I guess. Plus, it seems like the burgers are precooked a little, so they aren't super hot when you get them. They still taste good, though, but I couldn't give them five stars becuz if that fact. Fries are hot. It seems like they've been out of something or at least, not all the menu has been available, --every time I've been there. I LOVE Burger King, but this location isn't up to the standards of the others. Still, it's Burger King, so it's not terrible.
Our burgers were hot and the fries and onion rings were fresh.
