Extremely rude, I believe he is the manager, sort this guy out , the restaurant being busy doesn’t mean he needs to be extremely rude. As rude as changing from speaking to us in English then in our face speak in Spanish which we do not speak (I believe he insulted us). Worst service ever. I don’t even feel safe consuming the meal due to his rude behavior. If I can give zero star I would in a heart beat. How disrespectful.
Absolutely terrible , my bread was hard , my burgers was super sloppy , I feel sick to my stomach , legit almost threw up eating this. The only good thing was the fries .
I requested everything hot from the grill & frier to avoid issue they gave me the same sandwiches that were already pre made nothing was hot everything was warm & mozz were saggy, so I went to ask them to make it over plus they put too much Mayo in my sandwiches so I was requesting no Mayo at all To avoid sandwich from becoming to wet with Mayo. Whom ever was work responding with a very rude tone stating they made everything “very fresh” when I’ve been to several Burger kings in the area & asked for the same thing & it was definitely hotter & fresher, So I knew that to not be true. I spent $22.25 on two meals I could of went to a burger shop & got better quality food & service for this price. I really use to love Burger King but now I will no longer be coming this location.
The obnoxious men who work the orders. Just today, they asked me to repeat, and repeat my order as they clearly laughed. When I asked if they had something like a dollar burger, the response was, "What? What? Not in this century. Add a dollar and you'll get one." He also said that I should learn better English. Considering that I taught English and Writing on the college level for 20 years, I think he was being purely spiteful. If Burger King tolerates this kind of racial bias to White people, then you need to be in another business.
Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through before even ordering. Figured maybe they didn't see the car in front of me so called the girl who answered was very polite. She explained that the car in front of me was a door dash and the order was not ready yet. I guess it makes complete sense to have door dash orders clog up the drive through for 10 to 15 minutes at time
We've ordered here via the BK app and Uber Eats a few times mainly because it's my gf's comfort food. But there is never not an issue. Items are ALWAYS missing, food is cold, and its just a miracle at how this location is still open.

Worse place ever!! Lines are always long so we never stop there but today was an emergency nugget order for my kid! I got to the first window to pay I asked the guy to add another order of nuggets he replied “no speak English!” ???? at the next window the guy told me I can’t add anything either! Then the bag of nuggets looked like it been to hell and back! The nuggets were dried and nasty and they didn’t even give us the bbq sauce we asked for!
I just left this establishment, ordering three vanilla milk shakes and a large drink. It was disgusting; looks like it was mold or something of that sort in a dirty cup along with brown particles floating in the milk shakes. I will not give my children this mess, so disappointing. Just when I thought this was one of last good establishments in the area. I tossed the other drink out as well. Their lucky I was in a rush, they will never get my business again… And stop telling people to NOT pull up to window because your moving too slow for the clocked time.
