We came in here when they were almost closing for the day and they invited us in and told us not to worry. We were a party of 5, and got served quick. Great service! Food was good, classic BK.
I ordered two chicken sandwiches and 2 fries . The sandwiches weren't wrapped completely!! The fries were cold!! I asked for salt and pepper, and ketchup;: the napkins were greasy!! Didn't receive salt and pepper or ketchup! When I paid the "Kid""threw the bag at me!! I said thank you anyway!!
We had the double offer for 5.00 2 burgers or 2 chicken wraps or 1 of each. Very tasty. I love how burger King g uses fresh onion, lettuce and tomatos on the burger.
I ordered a burrito & hash browns for breakfast, and Troy took my order & made my food! It was very tasty & hit the spot! Such great service!
Hit or miss. I go fairly regularly for breakfast and they almost get my order right every time. When it's right, it's great. When it's wrong, I don't find out until I get home 10 minutes later. I'm writing this with a wrong order so I'm a little upset. The quality of the ingredients is slipping, too. Sometimes it's fine, other times, increasingly, the bun is stale. Change the bun storage SOP.
Avoid this Burger King location, they are having water issue's and they have both of their bath rooms shut down to the public.
The claim there is a porter John outside or was told to walk next door in the middle of eating.
As a public restaurant this is insane.
Close the doors to the public if your having water issue's.

This issue has been happening for a week and a half!! According to staff.

Food was subpar. Ordered some mozzarella sticks and they were burnt like and dry. Ordered on the app for dine in where they're supposed to call your name and have it on a tray. When we got to the counter they were confused they even had an order and it was all bagged up as if we ordered to go. The receipt even said dine inn and we were never called to let us know the food was ready. Almost all the drinks were empty at the drink machine and many other customers seemed upset about this too. One person complained at the counter but no one attempted changing out the syrups. If they were out and they didn't mention it that shows a lack of proper ordering considering this place never seems to be busy.
Let the picture speak for itself. Absolutely disgusting. Management handled it as best she could, however I will never come back here.
