Such a pleasant visit. After our grandson's ballgame we needed a bite to eat. The gentleman that took our order was friendly n polite. We sat down and when food was ready they just brought it out to us. Fresh onion rings n freshly made whoppers.
giving a five star review just for Matt, who stopped mid-order to run outside and return my debit card to me (which he forgot). he also forgot our bbq sauce and our pie and honestly i feel like he really needed a five star review about him today. you're doing great, Matt
So... Not even sure where to begin with this dining experience. Cold food, lousy attitudes from staff and this place just opened. They don't care in the afternoons obviously. My fries were stuck together and cold, my burger had congealed grease on it and the cheese wasn't melted. My nuggets were cold. If it seemed like I could have gotten better results I would have voiced a concern about the issues. The afternoon staff doesn't seem to care about anything other than being rushed and harassing each other over being slow. Overall wouldn't recommend at the moment and will stick to the store in Lexington for now.
That being said the morning crew here is spot on with hot fresh food that is made properly and to order. So make a mental note to visit the morning crew for now.
That's the first and last time I've ever had to wait 15 minutes for a cold chicken sandwich and fries. I sure hope my grandma don't get sick from it. Them fries looked like they was from last week. Smdh.
…wish I could give this place a negative 5 because they sure earned it. Gave my order to someone else that didn’t pay and wanted to question me if I paid. Had to sot in line another 10 minutes only to have them make my food wrong…of course I didn’t find this out until I got to work. If I had taken a bite I would have had to make a trip to the doctor as I’m allergic to mayonnaise. Was given a hard time by the manager over bringing the incorrectly made food back…ended up going to McDonald’s (better food and faster service anyway). Thanks for nothing Burger King!!
Asked for fresh and hot, and that's what I got. The fries were right out of the fryer, and the cheese actually melted on the burger. Doesn't happen all the time, but it makes all the difference on the meal. I'm not quite sure why most FF eateries use a holding tray and cop an attitude for fresh off the grill.
Cold food, large fry was barely 1/3 filled up, sprite did not taste like sprite, whopper was good, but just not warm. The people were nice and friendly.
as I approached the counter? No one really greeted me with a smile. They have a lot of work to do personal wise other than that. It's really a nice place to go if the Personnel was more greeting. More lively enjoyed their work we would enjoy being in burger Is king more often. The food is really good.
