Long wait for food, employees absolutely do not care about the accuracy of your order - we ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries, one fountain drink and one chocolate shake. We were given 3 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and an Oreo shake. When I asked for the fountain drink and fries, the employee that took my order said “I put a cheeseburger in the bag” and I replied that I did not get the cup or fries. She handed me a cup and the fries, then when I got Diet Coke, it was terrible. When I finally got the correct chocolate milkshake, it looked like they pumped the Hershey chocolate syrup one time and didn’t blend (pictures attached). The entire location was empty, the bathrooms are locked and you have to request a key, the chairs are tearing and falling apart, the sign outside looks like it hasn’t been replaced since the 90’s from how sun bleached it is. McDonald’s is across the street - do better, Burger King.
Here is the deal. For years I have lived around here. And every so often I go "Let me give this BK an opportunity again"... It always goes bad. I am typing this as they have me waiting outside for my food for the past 10 minutes. Mind you I mobile ordered and I am the only the person here. This place sucks. There is no other way of putting it. It always has. Sad thing is there is another location just a few lights from here (a little bit further for me) that I have never had a problem with. Done coming to this place.
Horrible? Food was cold , I wasn't happy with whole order, i ordered large fries and that's what I got .
I’m writing this review because this is now my 5th time trying to make a DoorDash/UberEats order at this location and it was terrible someone actually told my driver they were closed after approving my order yet they give you time to not approve if there is for any reason an issue not wait until 2 drivers are there and say we’re closed smh crazy, 30mins waisted I had to end up calling support who tried to reach but they didn’t even get a ring luckily I could get my money back. But not only are they extremely slow, difficult and unreliable at their drive thru, but they are even worse working with delivery services. At this point I think this location should shutdown it’s just not worth it anymore because no one there actually tries to do their jobs. There’s no leadership and there is definitely no character of integrity within that building!
One of the worst burger king experiences I've had. Ordered chicken nuggets, the food was literally cold almost like it was never cooked at all. The fries were not good, they didn't give me any sauce for the chicken nuggets or fries. Don't recommend.
The drive thru was very long wait. But was noon time. Very friendly food was hot . Clean .
Manager here was patient and Polite. Working with a few new guys. Holding composure in a stressful fast paced Environment. Great Job.
Hooked me up with a Bacon King for the wait, when I ordered a double Wopper. Great job
This is the worst Burger King I have visited. So bad, I left without tte food. The manager needs to be replaced. She is slow and gets confused easily. It’s a slow, very slow restaurant and she can’t keep up. Then she starts yelling at her employee. Yes, employee. Only one employee and the manager running the place. And as soon as you enter, you feel the bad energy.
