Worst place ever oh my God.
I can't express how bad this burger king is. They are rude as hell. You get mobile orders and they make you wait and when you go inside to see what's going on they wanna cussing you out and walking away while doing it. Manager isnt worth anything wanna stand at the window and acted like I didn't just tell her at the window I had a mobile order. Then tell me to pull up to the second door and waited 15 mins before somebody come out and had my dad go up to window to find out what's going on.
Leadership and Onsite Crew at this location deliberate sabotage of the restaurant's operations.
This establishment is frequently closed without noticee causing severe inconvenience to customers. The drive-thru line consistently extends onto the main street, creating dangerous traffic conditions. The leadership's response to busy periods is utterly inept; they lock the dining room, blocking any possibility for indoor orders and exacerbating the chaos. The crew appears to be intentionally counterproductive, deliberately slowing down service during peak times to frustrate customers into abandoning their orders. It is blatantly clear that the staff does not want to take orders or support the owner's success in any way. This behavior is not just poor management; it is a deliberate sabotage of the restaurant's operations. The current leadership team is a severe organizational liability, actively damaging the restaurant’s reputation and profitability. Immediate disciplinary action from the owner is crucial to address these critical issues and restore any semblance of operational integrity.

What a flame broiled disappointment. The food is usually good, but they must be cooking on an easy bake oven with the incredibly slow service. I keep hoping for it to be better, hoping that I'll be served my food before my lunch break is up, but I can't run on hopes.
I placed a mobile order to pick up in drive thru, I go to the ordering screen and sit there for 10 minutes with no one talking to me or letting me know what’s going on while in the hot sun. I go inside due to being frustrated and I tell them about my order and a lady gives me a bag with only 2 whoppers so I tell her I had two meals and she eventually gave me my fries. I then check the whoppers and I ordered one with no mayo and they both have mayo so I go back to the counter and the lady was rude and had an attitude saying it didn’t say that so I told her I can pull up the order and show you since it was a mobile and I know for a fact it says no mayo. Overall, I waited 20 minutes for two small whopper meals and had rude staff with attitude problems and they stood in the back laughing and joking when the only joke is them. I am not satisfied in the slightest for the food nor the service, I wish google would let me do no stars because they aren’t even worth this 1.
This location is the worst thing to happen to Virginia since lynchings.
Horrendously slow. It’s a roll of the dice if they even answer the intercom. Always something missing.
Squirt lemon juice in your eyes, and give yourself papercuts… you’ll be less disappointed.
The wait was so long I attempted to get a refund and they said a flat out no. Told me I couldn’t get onion rings instead of fries. No ice in the soda machine. Food came out and there was hair in my burger. I ate enough of it that I’m concerned with food poisoning which is going to be brutal 24 weeks pregnant. Please do not go here. Staff was so rude. Food was a scary quality.
Went through the drive-through line 3 people in front of us thought to myself not a big deal. Come to find out the drive-through line isn’t working so we literally sat in line waiting for each person to figure out that it doesn’t work, but there’s no sign saying the speaker wasn’t working so we’re just waiting there. Let’s step it up by posting a sign on the speaker saying it’s out of order so we don’t all just waste our lives sitting in line that’s doesn’t operate.
The person at the drive thru was very rude & unfriendly. She needs to like her job. She practically thru my bags a me.
