If I could give this place no stars I would. The GM was rude AF to me when I came in. Then after having a nasty attitude and promising not to mess my food up like the last time she did the same thing. I reported her, but was going to go later on today to get it fixed right or get my refund. She told the shift manager on the next shift she didn't want my business, not to remake my food, nor give me a refund because there was nothing wrong with my food. Y'all I literally live barely a mile away from this place. I get home open the wrappers... Brown lettuce on all four sandwiches, soggy tomato and old onion. It's the fact that I didnt even respond to her rude ignorance that really has her mad because I didn't disrespect her or be rude back to her. I actually did well because the old me would've... Nevermind anyways they need to close this burger king down and do a whole rehaul because it's always something or another everytime I go to this particular store. I will never eat here again. They don't care about the quality of the food they serve that we pay for. Did I mention no one had on a hairnet. Not even the rude gm
This isn't my 1st review of this establishment. But because it's close to my house and my kid wanted to come here i made the foolish choice of coming here. Every time it's something different. The lady handed our food to another customer inside their car because even though they are not busy we are made to leave the drive thru and park to wait for our food. So a stranger had their hands all over my food. We will not return to this Burger King ever! Smh. We try to spend our money in our community but with this treatment I will drive 10 miles before I spend another dime with you people. I mean look at this sad shake. You'll need new management.
The customer service is wack and ghetto. They way they were talking is just unacceptable and my fries was not done. It was like they just took them straight out da greese an handed them to me not cooked all the way
They're new chicken classic is really good by itself. But, paired with Catalina dressing puts it over the top!
This is literally the third time I’ve came and was told it’s going to be a 15 -20 minute wait before my order can be taken. Mind you it’s employee standing and playing outside the building. This is ridiculous. They need an entire new staff.
The manager is a very unpleasant person ,ask for ketchup at you own risk i hope someone can rectify this street ganster / thug posing as a manager i think this location would have more customers if they were treated with respect!!
I wish I could go less than 1 star.
The cashier could not comprehend the complex order of how to ring up a 2 for $4 with the sandwiches being different sandwiches. It took 10 minutes just to ring it up. Then she stopped before completing the order being rung up and helped a different customer with a different order being messed up.
In all fairness it was her first day but the manager left her to fend for herself.
People really need to reconsider working in the fast food industry. The drive thru worker had a bad attitude and I was nice/patient as ever. She was impatient and just being unnecessarily unprofessional for no reason. People need to really get it together these type of workers will be the reason, why fast food probably won’t be around after a while if this continues.
