I came to order food for my daughter. The person said with a drink now I was ordering a kids meal so yes it’s with a drink so I was confused and I said excuse me she got attitude. Her voice tone changed and she said with a drink, she said it two times I said ma’am, you don’t have to get ignorant ignorant to me your voice tone change, and then she was talking about. She don’t have to serve me blah blah that’s when I started getting rude and ignorant. This is why you make what you make and you work where you work, you had poor customer service and your voice home body language, and facial expressions say a lot
Order a whopper jr, onion rings husband had two whopper jr and fries the burger was cold didn't melt the cheese the onion rings were half way cooked. Ate in and their was four people sitting in the glass in area all on their cell phone with their phones plugged in no food was order by them that I could see. Will not return this place should be shut down
I'm not sure if we showed up during a shift change or not. While the fries were hot, the burger was cold. It's supposed to be king of the burgers, you would think that their burgers would always be hot. It was an order that was eaten inside. There wasn't a reason for the burgers to be cold.
The cashier at the register was talking on her cell phone throughout the whole transaction. From the time I approached the counter until the time she gave me my food she had her phone glued to her ear. I was happy that my order was correct but this behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and RUDE.
This location was the first fast food restaurant in the chesterfield courthouse area back in the late 1970's. The owners have kept it updated through the years. A little bit of wait at the drive thru, however considering it was a Friday evening it was worth the wait since the cashiers were delightful, my Whopper Jr and fries were hot. Lettuce, tomato and pickle and condiments were adequate for the burger.
I don't know what the employees over there problem is. I just came from there at 2/17/23 at around 3. The people at the window had such an attitude. I Told the lady I ordered a large Sprite and it was on my receipt and she's looking at at the Monitor and she said no you didnt I'm looking at it right here on the screen with an attitude and I showed her my receipt and she made the drink and slammed it at me with an attitude. Darkskin lady heavy set lady. The lightskin black young lady was actually nice, but the other female came out of nowhere with our food with negative energy. I gave this lady no problems or attitude but decides she wanted to get an attitude in front of my wife in kids. And i requested off the grill. The food wasn't even fresh. Checked our bags, but we still got stuff wrong. I didn't want to go back in there because I was afraid it could have been a heated confrontation because she was already at 100, so i told my daughter to go inside. They need to either clean up shop at that Burger King or shut it down. Those people over there are mean. Never see me over there again
Greeting was not welcoming. My daughter took two bites of the impossible whopper and ate two French fries then threw it away. She didn't like the taste.
So apparently, when there is a delivery at Burger King there are no employees to wait on customers. Super rude people, place was disgusting. Would have included pictures of the horrible bathrooms, but felt like I needed to leave asap. The Krause road and Rt 10 needs to have a surprise visit from the county inspectors. Would have given - stars if possible, eat there at your own risk.
