This is not sarcasm. Someone actually checked the bag and crossed off the items in the receipt. This has never happened to me before - anywhere. For once I wasn't missing food from my order (this happens literally everywhere I go)

Tiffany Atwood did an amazing job with helping me set up the Burger King App on my phone. I bought a lot of food that day and she explained that using the App would help. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain how the Burger King app works and how it could save me money as well. Good job Tiffany. And Thanks for your help. This was a week ago however I didn’t forget to write the Review. This is for the Burner King on Moog Rd. Also she did a great job putting everything together To Go.
Went through drive through 4th time seeing this worker she's always pleasant and detailed which I love....my order is always fresh and correct but sometimes I come for the experience with her....she truly appreciate her job and always say well they trained me to give others respect but this type of customer service is Natural.????????Just found out her name is Lindsay although I should know being I ask her EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE HER.....Bk#1571

So you go to a corporate BK in Tarpon Springs Florida and you pay $0.69 for a soft serve ice cream but then you go to the privately owned BK in Holiday Florida and the want to charge over $2 for the same cone. I understand that there are fees that the owner needs to pay corporate but really over 3 times the amount?! I can’t imagine if I asked for a single burger how much it could have been over what corporate would charge. If it was 0.20 or even 0.50 cents more then I would not be complaining I get it there are other expenses owning a franchise but come on over 3 times the amount on something so small ?!?
Almost 3 dollars for a soft serve cone that costs $.50 at other locations! This is ludicrous!
According to them, they are a franchise location and not a corporate location so they can hike up the prices to whatever they want. Also, they don’t have to honor any of the discounts or coupons or specials that everyone else has. Complete waste of time, will never return to this specific location.

Third time in a row the order has not been correct. First two times was drive through so I thought going in would make a difference. Nope still did not get my order correct. Honestly a burger and a drink was all I ordered Last visit for me. Double triple check your order if going there and don’t try to call they do not answer the phone.
This location is a joke. I was literally told I couldn't order a chicken wrap bc they weren't going to drop chicken. So stupid. Won't return, going to Wendy's instead. Not a good way to run a business.
This burgerking except in the morning is always a terrible experience. From the drive up window can see fries and other discarded food on the floor. Bad service unclean and everyone just seems miserable. It's worth the extra 20 mins just to go-to palm harbor and the bk be decent. Wouldn't recommend anyone here even if you're starving
