Ordered kids meals for our kids and the onion rings were burnt and hard and un-edible. Called to speak with manager the phone picked up and click hung up on. Really disappointed in the service will NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN

This was some bad service if I ever had it. I asked kindly for my singular kid meal burger to be dropped fresh. They gave me the oldest meat they had for my kid absolutely disgusting. Then the place had no air conditioning it was so hot in there couldn’t even let my child play. Definitely skip this place I wish I could give it a lower rating. When I called to speak to manger no answer what a shocker.
Would honestly give no stars if it was an option. Found 3 long black hairs in the middle of my fries, they didn't listen to any of the specifications I asked for on the rest of my food, and the lady manager who was on shift was very pushy and rude. Beyond displeased. I will not be visiting here again. And I'd recommend oh check your food before taking a bite. I wish I would have. And check out their "chicken wrap" in the attached photos. A disgusting pile of grease and filth. Disgusting
I enjoy getting a smaller Whopper jr. burger rather than the Whopper. Their fries and burgers are a good diversion from McDonald’s.
I was just in here June 1st 2024 at 11:30. I ordered 2 whopper meals with Onion Rings. They charged me $26.00 and when I got home they had given me whopper jr. burgers. The funny thing, I caught the dude taking my order entering whopper Jr's and I corrected him. He said, oh I'm sorry, let me change that. Yet, I got charged full price and got the smaller burger..... ????????????????
Usual great burgers and fries. Server was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. Regular drink was small. Has king hats on all tables, nice touch.
This place just gets worse.
0 cars in drive through. 1 car pulling away from the lobby. And they still can't get a simple order right. It was still old and dry. The fries were likely picked from the slop bucket. Sadly this is normal for this location. Whether slow or busy you'll pay a premium price for minimal quality.
Next time when you advertise a price on the menu you better honor it. Don’t tell me corporate won’t because as a former district manager from Burger King will tell you it’s definitely possible. Take it off the menu or block out the price if you can’t honor it. This bk is a joke. With a capital “should have gone to Wendy’s instead”
