Food was on par. Napkin holder and ketchup dispenser look like they haven't been cleaned in forever--not to mention the walls in the dining room. Love the fact that they brew their tea. Service is very good, polite, and cordial. The dining room was filthy.
Disappointingly Dirty Burger King Experience
I recently visited this Burger King location, and I must admit that I was thoroughly disappointed with the cleanliness of the establishment and the demeanor of the staff. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of hygiene and professionalism in a fast-food restaurant.
First and foremost, the state of the bathroom was nothing short of revolting. The lack of proper maintenance was evident as the floors were sticky, the sinks were filthy, and there was an overpowering stench that filled the air. It was clear that the restroom had not received the attention it desperately needed for quite some time. It is imperative for any establishment, regardless of its nature, to provide clean and sanitary facilities for its customers. Unfortunately, this Burger King location failed to uphold this basic standard.
Additionally, the staff members working at this Burger King were far from friendly. The employees seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm that one would expect in a customer service-oriented industry. Their indifference towards customers was evident in their poor verbiage, lack of attentiveness, and overall apathetic demeanor. As a customer, it is disheartening to be met with such unwelcoming attitudes within a dining establishment.
Furthermore, it was clear that the store manager, whom I encountered during my visit, was not setting an example of professionalism. This individual, a little short man, dressed sloppily and did not exude the kind of leadership one would expect from a manager. His lack of attention to detail and poor grooming reflected negatively on the overall image of the establishment. It is essential for a manager to maintain high standards of professionalism and ensure that employees follow suit. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this Burger King location.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this particular Burger King location due to its unsanitary restroom conditions and the unfriendly demeanor of the staff. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism at this establishment, including the store manager's poor maintenance and untidy appearance, left a lasting negative impression. I hope that management takes immediate action to rectify these issues and restore the reputation of this Burger King location.
Ordered a chocolate milk shake, wasn’t mixed at all, Hersheys chocolate syrup was pooling the sides of the cup, with ice cream in the center like it wasn’t mixed at all. To add to that there was ice cream and chocolate all over the side of the cup as the female worker abby handed it to me, I understood maybe she didn’t see it but it’s was very hard to not considering it was everywhere. I’m not one to leave bad reviews especially on fast food but when it comes to flat out not doing the work or being lazy isn’t okay.
Only place I know that gives you 7 sugars and 7 creamers to put your coffee together! Dumb! The Franchisee is stuck in the 80's and won't bring the freshness and attitude of the 2000's! Foods always cold and the place is dirty! Don't recommend.
That lady with a hat needs to find another job sorry I asked for ketchup yikes her personality is as salty as this frys omg I feel she over salted Them on purpose
I never review fast food but I had to here. Food was Hot and good. Customer service was way better than I have ever had in fast food. Great job guys and thanks for the great service.
*edit. End of 2023 staff is horrific. Rude. Did an online order and had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. Rude girl in a mask acting like we are bothering her.
Condescending “here you go” when the food came up. Sad. Day. Guess we are a McDonald’s family again … I never go back on review but to go from a 5 star to a 1 star is crazy… food was alright. At best.
The drive-through person was pleasant however I received a cold Burger so I went back through the drive-through to get another sandwich and I asked for a warm one. They took the sandwich and took off the top bun and all the cold ingredients and threw the Burger the the microwave and heated so much to were the cheese you can definitely tell was boiling and mostly melted off of the sandwich and just over really hot when I received it I received it.
I got what I wished for but just letting you know when you ask for a warm sandwich or a new one, you are getting it microwaved.
Didn't go back a third time to address this due to working a long shift and just needed something to hold me over until I got home to cook.
Went for breakfast, staff was great & food was hot & fresh... the best French Toast sticks
