I go to this burger King every morning before work and for the last 4 mornings I could not get my order because they have to cut and cook the bacon. And the way the employees talk to you because they are upset that they even have to prepare the food is crazy.
Saw a bunch of people waiting for their order but thought nothing of it. Then a man went up to the counter to let the employee know he has been waiting for 20 minutes...red flag. It seemed like they were low on workers and the lady making the burgers was moving quite slow for a fast food joint. I didn't bother putting in my order and just walked out.
They don’t redeem free item coupons. The cashier insisted. I’ll make a purchase when I presented her with a no purchase necessary free fry. this is about the third time. I approach them with a coupon within the last four months and they always insist you make a purchase. The lobby is nice and clean. But the customer service really does lack.
Super clean and there's not a long wait for food. Employees are super kind.
I doordashed an order tonight and my whopper burger was covered in oil to the point it made the bread soggy and onion rings were rock hard absolutely disgusting!!!!
I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but Burger King really knows how to do it right! The burgers are always cooked to perfection, and the fries are nice and crispy. I also love their onion rings - they're some of the best I've ever had. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is always clean. Burger King is definitely my go-to spot for a quick and delicious meal!
The sandwiches and food were very good although it did take a bit of time to fill the order for the family. The restaurant was also empty as well as the parking lot. The neighborhood felt questionable.
Waited like 15mins to be served and The older Spanish lady taking order is very rude. Good is meh will not be back. Yeah and no restrooms
