I would leave zero stars if I could but I came today for lunch to get food, & the woman that was in the drive thru was rude as can be. I hand her my money & she gave me a evil look, so I told her I don't want the food & asked for my money back. The manager gave me my money back but not once said sorry about that have a nice day or nothing. I've never had this happen before at bk, if you want customers you gotta treat them better then that I'm deff not satisfied.
Had a DoorDash for this location 40 minutes prior to close and nobody answered at the drive thru nor would anybody answer the phone calls. Went to the window and waited to be greeted by a rude manager 15 minutes later to say they was closed when they didn’t close for another 30 minutes. Waste of my time and stealing money on the clock.
The food is not worth the wait. Got me waiting for 20 minutes just for a kids meal.
I had a whopper jr. and a spicy chicken sandwich to go. I've got to tell you it was one of the best BK experiences ever. If you haven't tried the spicy chicken sandwich I highly recommend it. I added lettuce, onion, and tomato. Yumm. French fries were perfect and the whopper was warm and excellent too.

I really like BK but this might be the worse BK in the country. Make sure to verify your order. Double check everything you get and then do it again. BK is currently offering the Spider Verse Whopper that comes with a specific color bread. Basically to make it Spider Verseeee. We had to pay $10 for the meal which is more that you would pay for a combi meal. We are told that they are out of the bread. Which makes the Spider Verse meal not that kind/type of meal.
Then we are told we cannot cancel the order and we would have to contact the company for any type of refund. So, I got stiffed and stuck will an expensive version of a Whopper meal.
The Impossible Whopper is a genre-killer. They make it well and it tastes ALMOST like a real burger. Don't miss it if you are a vegetarian.
Terrible. I waited for 15 minutes. Being the ONLY PERSON IN LINE, when i asked for my money back i get attitude and told ,"theres only so much 1 person can do", (mind you theres 4 employees there). To which I responed, "I understand that, but coming for a customer service and food back ground, it shouldnt take 15 minutes to cook a 3-4 minute item in a deep fryer". To which the male employee decides to walk up and tell me, " listen here, I ain't about to sit here a watch you disrespected a female". What!?! , A bunch of children.
