I can’t give better stars then this at this location because of the terrible service I have had here in the past. However I can say that this particular time the food was better and the service was getting better. In the recent past this particular Place was terrible and customer service was horrible and the food was not up to par as far as I am concerned. But like I said I think that it is getting better with better employees then a few months ago and better customer service. I will give them a try a few more times just to make sure before I give them a better review. As for now all I can say is they are getting better. The Impossible Burger was really good this time!
Best Burger King in Tampa Bay, the whoppers here are always above and beyond the quality of whoppers in other local locations. Best Burger King I've been too. Employees are very nice too, never had to wait long before giving my order and getting the meal later. 5 stars!
I love whoppers! I know this would be hard for Burger King but, If you made a whole foods burger with seed bread, I would buy daily! ???? Please try to make your menu healthier for your clients and you'll make more money!
Ordered the family dinner ,4 of everything food was ice cold, milkshake melted where it was watery! I am only like less than 10 minutes away! It was not the delivery person's fault, whoever prepared the food onion rings ice cold french fries ice cold all four Whoppers were cold, the bread falling apart.I called to complain and got hung up on, called again no one answered! I called the door dash person who delivered the order I have a camera outside so I saw when he dropped off the order and he even said that the order was cold when he picked it up and the milkshakes were already melted! I will call in the morning and maybe somebody will be decent enough to answer the phone and not hang up on me I spent over $60 for this order and this is the thanks I get! May,9,2024
This isn't about this particular establishment. However, how can Burger King slew comments about Wendy's? BK and McDonald's are always charging extra for cheese, tomato and lettuce. Most of Wendy's burgers come with cheese. Extra lettuce and tomato are at no additional cost.On top of that, Wendy's only uses fresh beef. BK and McDonald's uses frozen burger.
They all have good food, however; when I want to have a really hunger satisfying burger at a great price, I'll always go with Wendy's.
One of the best experiences I've had both using an app and with the food and service. So was simple, fast and accurate. Food was fresh, exactly as I ordered it and served very fast with a smile.
Come on how can you not love BK?? Always hot and fresh and made the way you want it. Wendy's ,McDonald's and Steak N Shake have all gone downhill, BK is on a resurgence that can't be stopped.
Clean inside but they forgot part of my oder, very pleasant on drive thru but I requested a soft serve cone with chocolate topping and was told they could not do this. When I went inside I noticed an employee making a soft serve beverage with chocolate topping so I'm confused at to why I was denied this item. I was inconvenienced and lied to. I expected better burger king ????
