The young lady that took my order was extremely happy. She made my visit to this location wonderful. She was enthusiastic and happy to be at work. You could feel this this in her voice. Super positive.
As for the food here. The vegetables are always cut perfectly, it makes the sandwich perfect. I never feel like I'm eating fast food when we order from here. Every employee concentrates and gets your order right!
If you're getting a fast takeout because you're in a rush, I suggest you get the best, this Burger King on Kedzie, just South of of 63rd Street. They always get your order right because they care. Bravo, team!
Ok so me & my family come here somewhat often, So usually, my mom would get us all whoppers, She always orders the big ones but this is the second time they give her the small ones. I'm not sure if it's an accident or is on purpose but it's just weird to me. Plus, I'm sure she paid good money for that too, Other than that, The fries are very good.
Food is always hot and fresh. Reasonable prices and friendly staff that provides great customer service
Food was delicious and fries were hot and fresh. Machine did have selected flavors and my diet had no co2. Other than that amazing service and delicious Whopper
The girl in the drive-thru was rude. She needs to be trained on her customer service skills.
I love this place!! I come here every two weeks whenever I get paid as a treat to myself <3. I ordered the Large whopper meal with chicken fries and a hershys pie, super tasty as usual!! Staff is friendly, fast, and attentive. The atmosphere is very chill down to earth, just chill n eat your food with some friends or family or even on your own! The place is usually kept clean as well and there's barely any wait for food. Keep it up burger king!!!
So not only is their soda machine out, but they charged for the orange juices like if the customer even has a choice. If you’re soda machine is out, then you replace it with no extra charge. Then they hand a bag out like if there’s not 10more items missing in my order :/ either do your job or go find another one. And as a manager, you really you should be setting an example. As a DISTRICT MANAGER, it’s crazy you haven’t done anything to make this restaurant better either by firing or keeping a close eye on it. There’s multiple complaints and nothing being done.
As soon as I walked in the place was spotless, very clean. The guy at the front register (Roy) was delightful very fast and easy ordering.I love it from the workers to the friendliness to the excellent customer service! I love their Oreo shake! was awesome taking my order didn’t rush me “anything else” is what I mean! Love this place highly recommend Best Burger King in town!!!
