Food as always is very good. Went through drive-thru and services were pretty fast. The employees were very friendly. I got the original chicken sandwiche and again as usual was very good.
Sitting in the line while writing this as the car infront of me and the manager that's on duty is hanging out the window having a whole reunion. Been sitting here for 25 mins while the line is wrapped around the building.
I popped through the drive thru to get a little something to tide me over as I was headed to my Dr., and I was having dinner out afterwards.
The drive thru girl was very rude and impatient.
I ordered a small Oreo milkshake, and a small glass of water. The milkshake was only 2/3 full, and it didn't even have any whipped cream on top. It's not like their milkshakes are cheap, is a little puff of whipped cream really going to break the bank, or was it just that the rude worker failed to add it? They were so impatient to get us out of there, they slammed the window before we could even ask for a napkin. Summer + ice cream = napkins.
I went to the drive thru. I recieved my food. Service was fine. When I got to my destination where I could eat my fish was burnt and so were the fries. The tea was good. Was very disappointed
Burger King just seems like they have given up. Not what it once was.
Waited at drive-thru speaker for fifteen minutes and no one ever took our order. Four vehicles were in line; all backed and left.
Food was cooked fresh off the grill and fryer. It was delicious and hot. Great service. Friendly staff. Bathroom was clean. Tables were clean. Will go back. Were out of diet Dr Pepper...my only complaint.
Okay so I went here twice a few days apart. The first time being on a Monday and around 12/1pm and the food was excellent and so was the service. But a few days later when we went it was a total different experience. It was a Thursday and was around 7pm. The majority of the employees were rude and ignored us standing there, the burgers were pink, and asking for some sauce seemed to have been the biggest & hardest task for them. There was one employee there that night that was attentive and very nice, a guy, but unfortunately we didn't catch his name.
