Horrible place. First of all I was told "cash only" then I used a coupon from my app but it's still on my app because the manager stole the money I gave him and I don't get my points either. Also very vulgar language by him with my little boy with me and the food is horrible, oil hasn't been changed in so long. What a waste of time and money.
We ordered our meal through the Burger King app for pick up and did not get our food. We pulled through the drive thru and even showed our receipt and was told that it wasn’t in their system and that we could not get our food. We were told that we would need a manager to pull up any mobile orders which the manager wasn’t there. We were told that we could reorder or go home but no offer for any refund or to make our food. Worker was rude and was making fun of us as well.
The driest food EVER, absolutely no condiments on my burger, super dry patties and tough bacon. I tried giving them a second chance but the food is just NOT good. Besides being cold, the food also taste old,
NOT getting my money again.
There is nothing I’d recommend about this particular establishment.
Service sucked. Slow to make our food. Made 5 orders before ours and they came after is. Inside was not clean. The male workers were using the women's bathroom. The men's restroom was nasty there was pee all over the floor
Walked in to an employee smoking weed in the bathroom. Was dirty. Totally jacked up our food (probably because they’re high). Took 5 mins for an employee to acknowledge I was standing at the counter. Then in the middle of ordering they’re looking at their phone. No wonder your locations are going out of business.
Uninviting place to visit. Unsure if the pandemic has changed the service standards, or if people just don't have pride in the quality of work that they represent.
I ordered a number 2 add cheese. An I paid 14 dollars. And they gave me a number 1 with cheese. My burger was cold. I called the restaurant 6 times no answer. I’m so upset
The ABSOLUTE WORSE place. The hashbrowns are ALWAYS stale, the buns are too. Customer service at the drive thru is ALWAYS a joke. Most unfriendly people, just ignorant attitudes and the orders are always wrong and not fresh. Several times I've had a guy at the window reach in his pocket to give me my change! Absolutely unprofessional environment, and it seems like no one there wants to work. This Burger King location needs a complete employee do over, or CLOSE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSATISFACTORY, UNSANITARY location, before someone gets sick or worse.
