DO not recommend. Bad service, rude employees, awkward atmosphere in general. First it started as I walked in to order my food but there was nobody at the counter, there was one guy beside me and my family asking for a different burger. The guy stated that he asked for a different burger instead of the one he got then the employee said something along the lines of "You didn't but okay" in a rudish tone. When it finally came to be my turn to order I asked to use the restroom and it needed to be unlocked, it's a waste of space as you can fit multiple stalls in there!! I personally was not okay with the fact I couldn't lock it on the inside, I was anxious thinking that some employee would unlock it for somebody else while I was in there. For the ordering, we had to shout our order to her as she was across the room. Multiple times when we walked up to the counter for something it took awhile as nobody was there.
I arrived at 12:20 after putting my order in online paid for extra cheese to be added to my sandwiches after seeing my order ready and never greeted or acknowledged it finally was given to me after sitting the window for 10 minutes I then checked my order and found that there was no cheese that I'd already paid for on my sandwiches I got the app out show them that I paid for the cheese it told the gentleman that I needed to get cheese he took my order in the back told him that I needed cheese I heard him say it and the gentleman put ketchup on my burger instead of put ketchup on my sandwiches instead of cheese now I figured that since I told them once they messed up they would have done better the second time so I just came home now I'm home and the items don't have any cheese on them still and it's a hassle to go back no apologies for the mistake in the first time the manager never came out they try to avoid me not very pleased and unfortunately this is the only Burger King that I have within a 50 mi radius of my house in fact I have to make a special trip to go there so I was excited that I could go since I was headed that way and there was actually a Burger King on the way for a change very disappointed I probably will not be returning to this location
I've driven through the drive through and no one responded and even when it was supposed to be open, it was empty and no one would answer. That has happened more than once so I just assumed they weren't open anymore. Also the main sign would sometimes not be lit up as well. Then I noticed a little bit ago that it looked like a car got food through the drive thru. I live right by it and was driving by. So I guess they aren't closed after all. The outside is very run down and I don't go there anymore. I don't trust food from a place that is sometimes open and sometimes not. I actually thought it might be a front for some other shady business. Just a weird place to me.
This location has the perfect drive thru - the employees are Always nice & friendly even though they can be short staffed - but you Always get Freshly prepared food. I'm always amazed at how fast the service is. They accept all the BK coupons.
I ordered water. And when I sat down and looked at my bill, I was charged $.89 for a Sprite when I went back to the counter I was told that to get the cup, they had to charge me $.89. And I was lucky because if I hadn’t been a senior they would’ve charged me $2. They didn’t inform me that it would cost me to get water. She was not going to budge on the charge, so I just walked away. I ordered onion rings, and a whopper Junior. The food was not hot and the whopper Junior has gotten a lot smaller since the last time I visited a Burger King.
Went into BK last night and ordered 2 chicken nuggets kids meals with milk. Got our order and sat in the dinning room, noticed the milk expiration date had expired. Went up to the counter to get fresh milk and they looked for fresher milk. They told me that all of their milk had expired and gave us apple juice. I will not be returning to this BK ever again. Absolutely disgusting. BK it's time to update your stores and retrain your staff.
I give two stars for the cashier alone. Without her it would be one star. Restaurant wasn't busy at all only three customers. The couple in front of us received the wrong items even though the cashier was very throughout with going over their order. We were next. It took almost 20 minutes to receive our complete order. We were only two people and a fairly easy order. The last customer got his food about ten minutes before us while we were waiting on ours. The manager came up front and said a few words to my husband..."whatcha need bro" uttered out of his mouth. The burger was just alright.. The onion rings tasted hours old. The windows were filthy dirty..I could go on but I'll stop here. The cashier is the only thing this store has good.
This place looks straight out of Silent Hill. Super dark drive-thru, abandoned grocery carts in the surrounding grass, and boarded up windows. The guy working the drive thru was clearly high on drugs, and we didn’t trust him to handle our food. We ended up leaving.
