My recent visit to the Burger King on E 174th Street left much to be desired. Opting for online ordering to minimize human interaction, I arrived to find the establishment strangely empty, with only a couple of staff members visible. Despite the lack of customers, the atmosphere felt eerie.
Upon approaching the counter to pick up my order, I received no greeting from the employee. When I inquired about my order number 17, the response was curt and devoid of any warmth or politeness. The staff member seemed disinterested and unengaged, making the experience even more unpleasant.
To my dismay, the drink I ordered was not available as advertised - there was no ice or fruit punch. When I requested a replacement with pink lemonade, the employee's reaction was one of annoyance and disbelief, as if my request was unreasonable. The transaction was completed with a noticeable lack of courtesy or gratitude.
Inspecting my order, I discovered that the three condiments I had paid for were missing. Returning to the counter, I had to ask for them, only to be met with a brusque "what do you want?" response. The interaction felt rushed and lacking in basic customer service etiquette.
In conclusion, my experience at this Burger King location was disappointing and frustrating. The lack of hospitality, the errors in fulfilling my order, and the overall subpar customer service left much to be desired. I hope that the staff at this establishment can improve their communication and service skills to provide a more positive experience for customers in the future.

The French fries were absolutely delicious ????, the nuggets were spot on with the ranch sauce ????, and the spicy chicken sandwich was just perfect! ????️????
I came to this restaurant to order my food after I was shopping. I was waiting online order my food and when I was waiting there was a occasion with a customer and one of the managers . there was a customer curse at the manager but the Manager did not pay her no mind she kept doing her job to defeat the argument I wanna say that the manager kept up the good work and I hope to see her again. I see that she is a good manager the customer was trying to make her lose her job over French fries . the manager is very nice she always help me every time I visit the store Thank you and hope to visit again soon .
On a Friday night, this place is way under staffed. The staff on duty are overwhelmed. Orders are mixed up. The wait is long. Staff are frustrated, arguing amongst each other, and communication is not good. They seem like they wanna go home. There needs to be a system separate from Uber, grub hub, door dash, and in store customer pick up. Everything is scattered. There is no organization. I'm really surprised it lasted this long. The atmosphere is unfriendly and tired. I wonder where the manager is on duty. I never see one. This place needs a revamping, and if the manager is not around, where are the crew trainers. I won't return here, SMH. Customers spend money on this type of service. Burger King, what happened???
Most disgusting Burger King in New York City. The door handle is broken so you can't enter the restaurant properly. There's always someone out front panhandling, begging or asking you for money as you place your order.
The sitting area is filthy. There's trash, half eaten food and burger wrappers all over the floor. The tables are always dirty and never wiped clean.
The cashiers are rude, arrogant and hate their job. They refuse to call your order when your food is ready. So be prepared to remind them that you placed an order and that you want your food. Overall, don't come to this place because you certainly can't have it your way
I went to this Burger King to buy food it was 15 mins to 9:00pm, and the employee lock the door in my face, meanwhile their closing time is 11:00 pm as is displayed in a sign in the door.
This situation is very recruiting at this branch it has happens more than twIce, if the owner of this location wants to make money defenetly has to change his crew. They are Lazy and rude. If I could give them no start I would, unfortunately their is not Zero starts in Google.

Ordered 4 burgers with no mayo due to allergies and received all 4 with it. Also ordered a classic wrap with no ranch sauce. But receive a spicy wrap. While ordering, a homeless guy is literally all the way next to you so paying cash is awkward as hell. Please re-train the staff on making sure the Burger King method is applied and I can actually have it My way. And please come up with a better system in which getting the correct order is applied.
Went to this location on my lunch break. I ended up ordering food for two co-workers and myself. The woman that took my order did not speak English and messed up one of the orders. I told her my original order was 1 cheeseburger instead of two. Knowing that I’m using my coworkers money for her specific order I knew for sure I said 1. This woman argued me down that I order two burger. I told her that I wasn’t going to argue with her and simple asked her to take off one of the burgers. She rolled her eyes and used her personal cell phone to call someone speaking in Spanish. This woman proceeded to snatch my receipt for me canceled the whole order and gave me all my money back instead of simply taking off 1 of the burgers! The attitude and disrespect was very unnecessary! And it would have been appreciated if she acknowledged her mistake and fixed it accordingly! If you going to work in a traditional American food chain at least learn the American language and treat others with respect! First and last time visiting this location! 11/21/23 @1:20 PM.
We like the quality of the food offerings more than some of other popular Fast-food restaurants
