CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Little girl had a nasty attitude, walked up to the front register to order another burger because she had messed up my first order which I did not complain about… I seen her sigh before she walked over from drive thru registered, if you don’t like your job find a new there are plenty. After I paid I asked for Mayonnaise packets she set them on the counter and walked away… I looked back at her NO NAME TAG & she was wearing light color jeans that were very very high waisted to say the least ???????? and had long hair in a braid
I am so sad I am writing this review. I really liked the staff! They were fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE! I won't go on and on about it. I took pictures so you can check out the chicken patty I received and judge for yourself.
This place sucks the employees don't listen. I order a double cheeseburger, cashier says what size fries I say no just the cheeseburger. I look at he receipt she orders me a single cheeseburger. I ask and get passed on to another lady. She charges me another $1.50 to add a patty so my $3.29 burger now cost $4.60. I have up and said never mind. This is why I stopped eating fast food this was literally my first burger king in years. Dummies.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and only got one and went back inside and took my receipt and got told I was lying!! Then the manager proceeds to talk trash about us in Spanish to the other employees. Would not recommend eating here.
We had our daughter's birthday here. The kids enjoying playing, getting crowns and having ice cream. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Actually pretty good I haven't been to this spot in a while because last time it was pretty bad but I decided to give it another chance since it's been a few years and it was good tasted like a home barbecue and the dude at the window was nice

First the employees were very courteous and were working hard to get the orders out. That being said, I placed a mobile order while I was more than 20min from the store. Once I arrived, they couldn't find the order and after a min or so the employee waiting on me said, "if you just ordered it, it might be a little bit before it hits our system." I responded that I ordered about 20 min ago. And then I checked to see if maybe I ordered at a different Burger King. Another employee walked over and showed him where the order was in the system. No harm, no foul. Then the manager on duty, in a very condescending tone, told everyone that I just needed to be patient. I didn't say another word. I realized this was the same manager who was rude and fighting with another customer the last time I was there. This store has a management problem. Food and all the other employees were very good.
