A little slow, but my food was hot, so probably making to order, after 9pm weekday, however whenever I go, I just don't seem to get used to the fries, always cold no matter the location and I'm just not a fan of them.

I come from the service industry so I’m forgiving when it comes to the small things. But these guys seriously are the slowest Burger King I have ever been to, and I have traveled the entire United States. This is unacceptable.
Some workers in the front are unprofessional, people waiting on food and I see all my food all our food there but the employee refused to bad it and kept focusing on drive thru. You see him looking at his phone acting like he's busy but all of our food was there. It was getting real pack of all our food just sitting there but he kept on packing drive-thru. Loosing tons of business especially if one is walking from the casino to have a bite to eat. Won't be coming here for a while, hope they get their employees straighten out.
I don't know if the employees there are incompetent or just mess up your order on purpose. Like, I know accidents happen, but every time? And then you order through Uber Eats, so when they mess up your order, you can't get back what they messed up on. I don't want money back, I want what I ordered.
At around 8pm I ordered 8 piece chicken fries only to get 7 pieces one of which were bitten off. What can I say that a person reading this won't think to themselves. Needless to say a lot can happen in fast food but for an employee to bite off a customer food then serve it to them is as disrespectful as it can get. Had I not discovered this when I got home I would off likely caused a scene in that place.
I bought last night a double whooper meat was nasty. I got sick in my stomach and still sick. I was fine before that. I started eating but the hamburger meat had this weird funny taste i couldn't finished it. Now the consequences are thar Im sick.
PERSONAL TAKES THERE TIME PLAYING WITH CELLULAR. YOU WILL WAIT AT LEAST 5 TO 10 MINUTES ON DRIVE THROUGH MENU UNTIL YOUR ATTENDED . 9:30 PM DOORS LOCKED TO LOBBY NO GOOD . STAFF NEEDS RELIABLE FASTER WORKERS NOT STONED on 420 ... taking care of counter
The young lady who took our order with the pretty cotton candy blue hair was so wonderful n kind ..she also came in the dining room while we were having our lunch to clean the tables n was so nice n professional I wanted to go get my water from the car n she offered to get me a cup of ice water to save me the trip to the car n asked if we enjoyed our food n the atmosphere...it was an exceptional visit because of her
