Friendly staff, I highly recommend the frozen cotton candy cloud. Very refreshing on a hot day. I specifically went there for this drink and nothing else. I will definitely get it a 3rd 4th, & etc. times.

Used app still really expensive. Fries was cold. Charged me for beacon and there was only one beacon broke into 2. Paid for extra pickles there was only one extra witch should have been free. Person at the window was rude and lazy. It’s really ghetto there
Taste good but there is this piece of paper in my burger. I'm sure i am not suppose to eat it so i take it out but I almost bite into it.
This is by far the best service i ever had in a BK in Waterbury. Everyone is always very nice and they're quick! Well at least walking in. I recommend the Oreo chocolate shake, they make it very good
It's not too often I get to have a good experience for a fast food joint. However this was a good visit that's memorable enough I wanted to give them a good shoutout.
I was on a road trip on I84 on way back home to Boston. For some reason the other BK closer to Waterbury wasn't accepting their own BK online orders but I'm glad this one had no issues.
I arrived about 10 minutes after placing the order and they were already ready for me. The staff was actually quite friendly and was nice enough to set up a tray for me to dine in. Although I have to say it was around a Monday afternoon so was very quiet as most of their traffic is through drive-through.
I'd have to say their new chicken sandwich was better than I expected too.. really juicy and crispy on the outside and good thick chicken size too.
Overall pretty happy with my visit and I'd recommend it to those passing by or just come in for occasional visit
food was hot as d fresh so from that aspect it was good , customer service as for friendliness was meh it’s burger king it was something to grab on the way home i hate fast food but when your tired and pregnant you do crazy things
Yuck, yuck, yuck is all I can say. The workers stay in full conversations amongst themselves, which to me is disrespectful. Horrible food and staff and its gotten real expensive to eat there. Idk how families can afford to eat fast food sometimes. I wonder how they shop too for families.
I ordered an onion melt burger on Christmas day. Unfortunately, I found hair stuck to the sauce, cheese, and onions of the burger, making it disgusting to eat until the last bite. I'm not sure if the burger fell on the floor or if the cook or preparer didn't wear a hair net while preparing it. I suggest not going to that place as the food was also served cold.
