Ordered the Swiss mushroom melt. It was quick, and the food was good. I'm a happy camper ????
I decided I was hungry, went out and tried to get some burger king. No one was acknowledging customers in their drive thru, no one took their orders and sat there for 15 minutes. The workers were just walking around not doing anything and there was about 5-6 people in there. Please do better, I aspect the time I go they could actually serve us, thank you.
I guess there's a first time for everything,.. I've never given a review before,.. because I always got good service,.. but,..They really need to fix your self order kiosk machine's in the lobby, for the way you order using a paper coupons,. some of us seniors still don't do the app thing, because,..we grew up when you got a person to take your order,.. not a machine,.. because there's no instructions displayed on how, when or where to enter the 4 digit sequence to get your discount, because your slogan says "have it My way",.. which I didn't by the way,.. when did getting extra mayo on a whopper mean you put all on one side of the burger,. Some of us customers want Mayo on the bottom bun too!!!,..& I got no Mayo at all,..if you're going to shove all this self help technology down our throats,.. can't you at least beta test it with people of all ages, so you get rid of all the bugs in the system,..if it was possible I give it a big goose egg,.. meaning zero,.. but the rating won't let me go that low,.. McDonald's and In & out are starting to look better, by the minute

Yo fire Anibel immediately she has such horrible customer service. She just cost a whole reimbursement for my order because she has no work skills and doesn’t know how to make customers feel welcome!!
Walked in with my wife and her service dog was immediately questioned by the manager (Brenda) not about what the animal was trained for but to see the paperwork once we were approved to enter the manager walked away leaving no one to take our order except the machine ( I realize that technology is over taking humanity but I personally would rather deal with a human than making my order at a kiosk) after placing my order a gentleman behind me had a walker and Brenda ( again customer service representative of the year) calls his name looks at the man and places his food on the counter I than offered to assist the man with his tray she (Brenda)than said where are you sitting. No sir or any courtesy of any kind. After about maybe 5 minutes we got our food it was typical Burger King overpriced and smaller portions but that's everywhere you go now. I returned to the counter to get ketchup but being as there is no counter person I waited longer for the ketchup than food. While standing there waiting for anyone to acknowledge me I observed (Brenda) putting orders together getting fries no gloves couldn't see any handwashing sinks to be able to tell when the last time anyone in there washed their hands.... Overall avoid this BK. And whoever hired and promoted Brenda to manager needs to have their job terminated. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT ????????... and the homeless guy picking his nose in the corner booth with multiple suitcases taking up an entire corner of the already small restaurant no food on the table was a plus to the ambiance...
Open your eyes walked in with my grandson to get lunch so we can eat at the park after getting my order. We left to the park and realize they did not give me my full order is missing items that was paid for how hard is it to look at the screen, and fix every item that shows on the screen.
