I recently visited Burger King by 35th St & Bergerline Ave and had a fantastic experience. No matter breakfast shift or dinner shift, I was greeted with warm smiles and welcoming attitudes.
Everything I ordered was hot, delicious, and tasted fresh. You could tell that the team takes pride in serving quality meals.
One thing I really appreciated was the quick processing time. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy, I received my order promptly. This efficiency is a testament to the awesome store manager Howard who clearly has a great system in place. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, ensuring that everyone got their food quickly without sacrificing quality.
With its friendly staff, amazing store manager, delicious food, and fast service, it's a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a good fast food experience. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Great place! Jessica the manager and her staff are very friendly and always accommodating to guests that need the extra help. They always are willing to accommodate vegan guests as well and cook the impossible burgers in the microwave for no cross contamination. With Jessica this place is so much better than in previous years
I like the price and if you write the questionnaire behind recipes. You will get a tiny discount for your burger
This is unfortunately the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Waited 25 minutes to get my order of two burgers. Many people in line waiting lengthy periods of time for their food too.
I came in tonight around 10:40 and ordered. They literally made me wait 15-20 minutes for my food which is ridiculous! Secondly, the lady missed one of my burgers and when the guy working there told her, she said theres no more burgers because she was already cleaning up smh Like really ???? Thirdly my nuggets were super disgusting and stale ???? I ain’t going back to this burger king. Ima stick to the Jersey City one.
There were 8 employees closing … only 1 was truly working. The others were just there chit chatting versus finding an IBC. In addition it was too hot making it uncomfortable for customers.
Beware, This burger king is not customer friendly. They focus more on not allowing ppl to use the restroom at all. Workers will leave the register area to come block the hallway leading to the restroom. They force you to buy something to use the restroom. Imagine being someone who gets food most days of the week in this place and can't just randomly walk to the restroom on a day you don't want to get food. The woman in the morning will literally yell at you if you attempt to go to the restroom without purchase. Who's to say someone is in urge to use the restroom and plans on buying food after. Horrible service and a way to lose customers!
They have covered all the outlets in the dining area. This is 2023 where everyone has a gadget and at times needs a quick charge while ordering to stay. This is absolutely ridiculous! Good thing mcdonalds is right down the street with 3 times more outlets available for the customers use!
It's a fast food place. Service isn't too slow. I usually send my son, but when I go it's pretty clean. Usually a lot of people downstairs. Fries and onion rings are good. I don't get much else unless they have the stuffed cheetos.
