Just finished ordering Doris a rush on a Saturday night at 10:50 pm and I must say they gave such a great service. The food was spot on and the guy had such a great personality still. I can’t thank them enough I hope they get A raise soon because it shows they care for the food and company thank you!
This place has been ok, but last time I went there there was something in my food, a rock..it almost seemed like a pice of tooth, something hard & white, I send BK an email but they never did anything about this issue, this is unacceptable & disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!
I went into this BK tonight around 8pm and they gal forgot my onion rings. I don't have time to drive back there to get them. you should check your orders before handing them out to the customers. Please refund my card ending 6584 the transaction was around 8pm on 2/5/24. thank you. smh.
If I could give negative stars I would I came to the drive through last night 12/20/23. @ 10:58pm sat and waited had acknowledgment that I was in the drive-through, but ignored for 10 minutes, drove back around and came back through sat with a van and another car behind me was acknowledged again, but no response they’re not supposed to close till midnight and nobody’s responding at 11 o’clock is not acceptable especially for people who get off late at night and need to eat
Y’all can hate on Burger King but one thing they gonna do is try to make it right.
They didn’t have something I ordered online, and gave me a similar replacement, and some nuggets extra for the inconvenience.
I order a Bacon Melt and they gave me Normal bacon sandwich. I try to order ice cream they said they don't have none. I go back to have them fix my sandwich because the Bacon melt comes withe Texas toast and it's up on the board they said no to fixing my order not only that they wouldn't give me a refund.
We cam here on 08/21 @ 1:00 PM. This lady Espinoza Refused to give us service cause we had a gift card. e-gift card. She said she would not check us out, said she was the Manager, When I called back Bambi answered the phone said she was Manager. I am uploading a photo a the woman who refused to take our order (Espinoza) and the Receipt from Peoria Store Store #1996 Thank you for being professional and not lazy. I am writing a review on every-site I can about this lady and Bambi who claims that is there store. I have lived in aurora for years had had plenty of service from that store with GIFT CARDS, and I am pissed that today cause 1 lady DID NOT KNOW how to manually enter the gift card number REFUSED to d other job. I am also emailing the DM of the VERY VERY POOR SERVICE that store gave. I have a reaming balance of .85 cents I will not be using again at this location. STAY AWAY VERY VERY VERY rude and the other picture is showing an Empty counter. People waited 10 minutes before Espinoza came back up to help them. IF BURGER KING SAYS ONLY CERTAIN STORES CAN TAKE GIFT CARDS THEN THAT ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD HAVE A SIGN ON IT STATING THEY CAN NOT< THEY ARE INCONVENIENCING CUSTOMER BUT HAVING US HAVING TO GO TO OTHER LOCATIONS TO BE SERVICED>>>> I AM VERY DISSATISFIED BY THIS STORE CORPORATE NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THE ISSUES IN THEIR STORES AND THE WAY THE SO CALLED MANAGERS RUN THE STORE> BAMBI AND ESPINOZA CLAIM TO BE ONE>>>>
Update your damn hours. Just trying to get something to eat after a difficult day, placed an online order and show up at 11:30 but its closed. Now I’m stuck in this drive thru line because people in front of me are beeping at your window obviously pissed about the same thing as me.
