Fast food starts with efficient service. There was no other customer in the Restaurant, and at least three employees doing whatever in the kitchen. They saw me at the counter ready to Order, but didn't come over to take my order or even acknowledge my presence. After two minutes of just standing there getting ignored I left and chose an alternative for dinner.
If I could rate it a 0 I would. First I walk in at 9:07pm to order and didn't get greeted until 9:17pm just to be told that the worker is on break. Didn't see her again till 9:27pm just to be told she ONLY has whopper meat. She didn't inform me about this at all while I waited for her. I'm not sure about her name since I never saw a name tag, but if you see a middle-aged affrican woman working....just know all she has is whopper meat
The cashier was nice i asked for a lettuce wrap burger only they said they only have chopped lettuce. i said that was fine and to just put it in top and bottom no worries i can just eat it with a fork…the lady on the cooking line barks back saying “imma make it how i make it with a bun” im told the cashier it seemed like the cook had a attitude and just left without ordering. No a place i would go back to. I got the taco place next door and the people there were nice respectful little slow but hey they seemed under staffed.
This location has really changed for the better. It is located in a truck stop but has the Burger King feel to it now when you walk in. It used to actually *look* like the fact that it was located inside of a truck stop. I am pretty sure it has come to mind just about every time I heard the song Turn The Page. However, they have gone through a full remodel which really brought this location to life. The service is fast and the food taste like any other Burger King.
I do have to say though, it might be best to stay away from the new cheesy chicken sandwich that's on promotion. Trust me when i say it doesn't look anything like the picture on the menu. It is dry and boring and its taste does not live up to any general expectations. Too bad too because the image look pretty good. However, I will never buy one of those again. It is expensive when it costs as much as a burger and fries from Famous Dave's, but had zero flavor in comparison. Just a side note. Stick to what you know you love! This is what brought the score down by a whole star.
The worst place in all my life waiting there for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes no one showed up that’s terrible sorry never again. I didn’t even either.
This Burger King located in side the TA travel center facility. Next to Burger King they have tacotime. It’s like other burger kings lil bit price difference.
Stop understaffing on a Friday and maybe their would be better service here. Cashier was rude and had no way of speaking to customers. I returned a vanilla iced coffee that was literally white like milk, she argued for me to taste it that's how the coffee is "made here" and I switched it to Mocha which was chocolate milk not coffee. I didn't want to argue so I left it at that.
She poured the vanilla coffee back in the container once I sat back down at my table. Then the customer after me order a Vanilla Iced Coffee and she served from that same container. Yikes makes me wonder what else they have back and forth. I spoke to her in spanish while ordering and she kept it at english but when I sat down I over herd her talking to kitchen staff in spanish about me returning the Iced coffee while she poured it back in the container. No gloves while handling orders and also handles money. Food was fresh, though probably wont come back.
Worse Burgerking ever. There are no words to express the poor quality of customer service that comes from this place. They need staff so bad and the staff they dude have just plain rude. TA/BURGERKING YOU NEED TO DO BETTER
