3 months ago I tried Burger King for the first time in roughly 15 years. So much better than the Burger King I remember as a kid and young adult. Loved that they still offered a crispy taco. Seriously go to this Burger King and get a taco????. Is a great drive home stoplight snack.???? Apparently they don’t offer it at all locations anymore. The Burger tasted fresh, lettuce was crisp, thick slice of juicy tomato, and a pillowy bun. The fries were great. My teenage kids who never had Burger King before today put it in the top 2 fast food places. To top it all off service was friendly and helpful! BK is Back, baby!
If you're going to eat here, do so at your own risk. It is extremely hit or miss. Some days are great, but most of them are bad. The food usually turns out fine, but the service leaves something to be desired. I have given this locstu9n numerous chances, but they always seem to fall flat, and today was my last straw.
To keep things brief, the issue I had was being charged the price of a bottle of water for extra pickles on the side. In what world is it ok for an establishment to charge $1.79 for 5-6 measley pickle slices. It might not seem like a big deal, but it's the concept behind it. This is either benign neglect or straight incompetence.
Suffice to say I will NOT be going back here. Which is a shame because the positive experiences I've had with competent staff in the past usually kept me coming back. But at this point, I'm done.
The staff here was very kind and helped me through some difficulties I was having an app using a coupon. Food was served at the correct temperature and quickly I thoroughly enjoyed the impossible Burger.
I haven’t been to a Burger King in ages! My son and I came to this location because of the play area, where he had a blast! One of the workers named Chris was very kind to us and displayed exceptional customer service. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the worker’s thoughtfulness. His kind gesture truly touched my heart and brightened our night.
My Hat is off to the dark General Manager Sid for keeping the peace at that this location. I watched Sid personally take charge of the service by walking the orders personally to every customer if they were late & apologizing. Additionally, Sid kept his cool with the demeanor of certain employees at this location.
Dare I say Sid deserves a promotion? Because if so, we would no longer get great service like we did today.
But hey, you have to take care of yourself!

Do not go here the manager is garbage and does not rectify food she forgot to put in the order, Ashley is a very argumentative and disrespectful managers I've seen in 20 years in the business. This location is being run by Addicts with zero hospitality skills. AVOID LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
Not sure what changed, but it's possibly one of the worst locations to go to now. twice in a row I've had similar issues with this location.
Saturday 1/27/24 around 6:00PM - 25 minutes to get through the drive through to place my order. I wasn't mad about that, there were a few cars in front of me, and I understand that they were busy. (Nobody inside at the time)
I ordered a couple adult meals and a couple kids meals and an extra order of nuggets and extra onion rings. - $43 this time.
The 2 orders of onion rings were missing.
The 8 piece nugget was missing.
I noticed the missing onion rings while I was still in the parking lot and had to walk around to the side entrance by the drive through to get in because the front door was locked at 6:30PM on a Saturday. (Why??)
Managed to get someone's attention, and got a couple orders of onion rings.
Didn't notice the missing nuggets until I got home. - My kids were not happy about that.
But that's not the worst of it..
The onion rings were ice cold like they were fried long ago.
The burgers were ice cold like they pre-cooked the patties long ago and didn't keep them warm at all.
When I say cold, I mean they were at room temperature, and I'm not exaggerating that. How long does a patty need to sit out in a hot kitchen to reach room temp? These were absolutely cooked well before I arrived.
Isn't it a food safety issue to serve food that was cooked too far in advance?
The problem is,, this is the second time this has happened within the past couple weeks at this location.
What is going on? Where did the quality go?
This used to be a good location.
Writing this review for Sid in the drive thru…outstanding service and went above and beyond for me personally. This 5 star review is for Sid as an employee. Need more people like him in this world.
