Every time I have came here it’s been late and the ladies working in drive through are always so sweet ????
My husband and I are big into customer service and he went there tonight and came
Home and told me all about his experience there tonight. A young girl was working the window and he was so impressed with her. She asked if he wanted a crown for his queen (our daughter) and he loved that So much. He said she was running around helping everyone in there and I had to share! He said “you never see that anymore” and he’s right! Thank you for making my daughter and his day!
I prefer coming to this location over others. Food & Service is always great. The manager I believe her name is Theresa, is very polite and always takes care of any issues I have had in the past.
This has got to be the absolute worst Burger King I have ever had the pleasure to eat from. The first time I ordered at the Locust Grove VA location, they had no beef so I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. My fries were burnt, my chicken was hard and burnt! That was a month ago but today I went there and ended up with a raw whopper and absolutely horrible customer service. This experience has caused me to never want to eat at another Burger King again!
Service is top knotch here. And excuse me if I’m wrong Shree or Shrese (excuse the spelling) but she is the most lovely, lovely, upbeat kind and full of compliments. She will make you smile just because. She’s def a keeper y’all!
Slow slow slow! No matter if you go inside, or go to the drive through you will wait a minimum of 20 minutes, for cold food. My daughter got chicken fries that were old. All shrunk and cold.
I ordered at 12:30 and It’s 1pm now but I still not have my food. Can’t expect to have this experience when I order online… They don’t even care about my order. Very disappointed.
Todays original chicken sandwich. Way to go BK you get worse every day. Maybe one day the roof will stop leaking and you can focus on improving service
