Order coffee and a hashbrown on line but pick it up inside and not drive through or they bring it out to me and I ate it inside.
Try to get a little more coffee, but they told me since I order on line ,I don't get refill .
Guess it will be the 1st and the last time I'm coming to this Burger King.
And I love Burger King over other fast food place .
But this restaurant change my mind .
Loss a customer over a small cup of coffee , not a smart thing to do .
Not the greatest.
I was hankering for some whoppers and ordered from here. I was astonished how they got my order done so fast, but when I took a look at it I realized why. The food is sloppily thrown together here and they also messed up my order in several places.
The Cini minis weren't done at all. They were still dough, they didn't even bother cooking them. They literally just tossed them in the box and gave it to me. The grilled chicken sandwich was burned to a crisp as well. I specifically requested a normal whopper with cheese and one with bacon...they both came with bacon. The only thing that was right were the double cheeseburgers with no pickles.
10/21/23 Excellent food and a nice clean restaurant. Food was hot and fresh. I may be rambling off the subject here, but the management handled a delicate situation with grace and ease. A homeless man kept trying to go back by the kitchen area, and management and staff kept a cool head and handled the situation quite appropriately, while continuing to do a good job and serve the customers. I was really impressed with how tight the lead crew and management were. They really came through a difficult time and showed their strength as well-trained employees.
They did not show fear or annoyance with this man. Rather than my husband and I be put off by the situation (we were eating in at the time), I was impressed with the way the restaurant handled it. Good job! (I used to be a nurse's assistant in a Psychiatric nursing home. These flare ups and mishaps happened with patients all the time, so I understand. Clearly, this man was not well). I therefore give this restaurant and crew five stars.....
I rather this location over any other around in Chicago, very nice people working in here, management and all staff do such a great job handling food, temperature, freshness, good presentation and quick service are just some of the qualities that this restaurant has. Highly recommended.
Well I'd tell you about the atmosphere but when I walked a mile in the rain to go get my food I was locked out. Then the teenagers running the store read my order wrong gave me the sandwiches for my meals and told me I didn't order meals. Lovely. Oh and of course there was no fries. Was TOTALLY worth the time I spent to go here. I live next to a McDonald's..... I CA. Live without yalls food. I used to order have yall delivered all the time.... but honestly if you can't do fast food work find another job. Please. Cuz I wanna be nice to fast food workers and I almost lost my mind on yall. Grow up. You work in Chicago ball up and open that door.
the worst place to visit. People have no manners when assisting customers, they are very rude and disrespectful when answering questions. Mostly the morning cashier and the one taking drive thru orders. They sure speak broken English. They should start taking classes at least to learn how to treat customers. I tried calling the corporate number, but is worthless. No live people, chat bot. There is no way to put a complaint. Please people, don't let these people treat you like that. We are paying for our food, and deserve respect!
I came to this location to get some food but i did not get attended and there were 2 workers inside doing nothing and couldnt even attend me. I waited 10 minutes and never got attended, very bad customer service
I used to go to the Burger King that was on the corner of Clark & Irving park. The staff there were incredibly nice but ever since they closed it I’ve been going to this location and all I can say is that the morning staff that works here is complete trash. I wish they would’ve closed this location instead because who wants to be dealing with nasty workers at 7/8 am.
