One of the cleanest Burger King I walked in. I usually go through the drive-through, but this particular morning, I decide to go in and ordered two egg and cheese biscuits and hash brown my favorite go to for breakfast. My biscuit wasn’t burnt. My cheese was melted perfectly hash brown was fresh. Customer service was great. Remind you this was around 7:30 AM so I don’t know what it’s like in the evening time. The food was hot like it just came oven or grill and the paste was fast. They also have Burger King crowns sitting on the table for kids which I thought that was pretty cool
I live right behind this place. It’s the closest fast food place to my house. After work occasionally I’ll decide to give this place another shot to see if maybe they have improved but tonight they sucked again. Ordered 3 snack wraps and a whopper meal. Got home and no whopper was in the bag. Drove back up there and told them and they assured me they put the whopper in the bag. They pretty much acted like I was trying to get away with the grand heist of getting a 2nd whopper. Eyeroll. That was the last chance I give this place.
Came though the drive through of this location several months back and spent almost 20 min in the drive through just to get to the box to place my order. It was well over half an hour before finally getting my order, and when I did get it, the fries were cold. It had been late and close to closing time, and the burger was at least fresh, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again.
Tonight, after receiving some coupons in the mail, I decided to go back and try again. When I arrived there were 3 cars waiting ahead of me at the box to order. It was around 7:10. Over 20 min later, one car had left, one had finally been pulled forward, but myself and the car in front of me were still waiting. I finally got irritated and just left as well, noting that the time was 7:38. I had wasted almost half an hour and hadn't even gotten to the window to place my order yet. Who knows how long it would have taken if I'd actually waited. I would not recommend this location and will not be back.
The order was taken fast and delivered quickly.
Staff was friendly and competent.
Dining area was very clean and safe.
Classic Chicken Sandwich was fresh and crispy as it should be.
Onion rings were great.
Soda was very good. Not too syrupy or over carbonated.
A perfect meal after a long day at work.
Great food fresh and hot! Best BK I have been to in years. Stopped going because of poor food and service. This place is recomended
I’m very upset as they were rushing me to place my order and I had to repeat my order more than one time then when I get my order, my order was wrong and I ended up with mayo on my sandwich after I repeated no mayo two times and I’m allergic to mayo. The whole inside of my burger is completely burnt black, so it taste like nothing but charcoal I’m very disappointed in the service from the woman who was at the window who seems like she was high on drugs, and couldn’t comprehend anything that I was saying, and then tried to end my order before I was done ordering I tried to call the restaurant three times to try to see if they could fix it because I was on the road driving and I had already made my way 20 minutes away from the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. I’m very disappointed in the service that I received today and I am now sick from them not making my food properly.
I really liked this Burger King outlet. They're pleasant, knowledgeable, we had quick service and the restrooms were clean as well. The area in itself is so nice. Hampton's is a stone's throw away and it's just off the highway. Makes for a great rest stop.
I just wana say I come to bk often 3-4nights out the week because me and my fiancé work everyday no days off so sometimes we really just don’t have the energy to prepare meals and we end up at bk and I dread it every time unless this woman “Lil Bit Aka Ms.Tina” is there . What they do would understand ! Idk why they call her lil Bit cause honey she’s a whole lotta bit of a blessing . She deserves a raise and then some ! Her laugh is contagious and had us giggling with her I just wana say Ms. Tina sincerely thank you for that . We thank you for your skills and who you are . You do more than what you realize .
