No one in line outside but I had questions and order taker female hung up on me before I was done. Very rude. Food was flavored with too much smoke and too much mustard. Nuggets are tiny and thin.
Manager Lady was amazing! Very communicative, and super friendly! Very clean, lots of parking, and always better then the other one in town.
This location is 20 percent more expensive than all the other burger kings. And they take foreverrrrr
Last time I was here I ordered hashbrowns and asked for extra ketchup and they gave me one packet…
Then today I came by to get the cotton candy drink and it took them 15mins to make it even though I was the only person here at lunch time. They also mixed in the cloud topping which is supposed to float on top. The other day I came here and they didn’t even put the topping on. I’m just done with this location I go to the one on central now. This one is close to my shopping area so I stop here out of convenience but the other one is close to my house so I go there instead. I know I probably sound petty complaining about a drink but they can never do even the simplest thing right here.
Updated my review to 2 stars because I came here two more times and they just keep messing up. I found out a different franchise owns this location which explains the terrible customer service
Rude employees on nightshift 04/01/2024. Drive through is very slow and always forgets something from your order.

You shouldn't have to inventory your order. But, at this BK you do.
While at drive through window, I witnessed a spilled order of fries on the floor. Instead of stopping to sweep it up or move it aside, 3 employees just walked through it. Stepping on the fries, while moving with no sense of urgency to do their job.
My order came for a girl named Michelle P. and my name is Margaret Mitchell so obviously the wrong order. This was delivery. The person that came with the food said she couldn’t help me. I then called the store and they said something about it being a third person Order and that they couldn’t give me my correct order. I did not want that order, but they couldn’t help me. They said. I will never order from Burger King delivery ever again.
The ice cream machine needs cleaning or you need to get rid of it. The next person that gets food poisoning may file a complaint with the Board of Health.
There is so much confusion inside this Burger King, people behind the counter taking orders while in training and mixing up or making and charging customers for the wrong order.
Everything is poor in that place, it should be torn down.
I have been to this Burger King several times and haven't had any problems. But, my last few visits have left something to be desired. I ordered. through the app and let them know in the drive thru. When I got to the window, I could see that there was someone, on a ladder, cleaning the ledge over the food. I asked about it since I ordered hash browns and they are stored under where the woman was cleaning. The person handing out the food said they were covered. I was icked out. Took my order, but didn't eat it. Yesterday, I ordered through the app. But, when I got to the drive thru, they said they were behind and it would be 10 minutes before they would be open. This was at 7:30 am. They are supposed to be open at 7. I will not be going back to this store.
Told me to park out near the front of the building to wait for her to bring out the food from the drive-thru, and I watched other cars go through the drive-thru while I waited for 10 minutes, then she proceeded to bring the food to the other cars that were after me first and I was last! I told her it was the worst service and she just said okay! Would not recommend them at all!
