Ordered food at 9:06pm for pick up, pulled up to the drive through and get what do you want. Then after the rude interaction with this old Hispanic gentleman. I’m told go wait our front for your food and so I go and wait 20 mins goes by and no one in the drive through but this guy stands around so I go back through the drive through and ask dude hey man where is my food and get told I looked for you and didn’t see you. But I seen him never even check in the front where I parked where he told me to. Then this associate proceeds to tell me to go f myself and not to talk to him. This is the quality of associates Burger King hires? This is terrible not to mention half of my food was missing. Great job ????????
I pulled up to the drive thru after making a mobile order, a simple double whopper with bacon and cheese with small fries and a small drink. I spent about 10 minutes before I decided it'd be faster to get my meal inside. Turns out I was wrong because it took the person at the front another 10 minutes to give me my order while also forgetting my drink.
After I received my order, I took a bite of my whopper only to find out that it was a single whopper with no cheese and bacon. After waiting another 5 minutes for the person to free up, I bring up the mistaken order and scoffs. I decided to finish my meal only to wait another 10 minutes for my actual order to be finished. The only upside of this experience was the free extra whopper, but after all the waiting, can I really say it was worth it? Doesn't help that the group in front of me came back inside after also getting their order wrong. This place sucks.
My husband and I went to this location ordered whoopers. Got home it had no pickles on the burger. We called to let them know and they said they didn't have ANY PICKLES. Wouldn't you think they would tell people that before they order? My husband asked to speak to the manager. They said no manager was there and they would have him called the next day. HE DIDN'T. we let it go We just moved to the area so we said ok let's try one more time. This time they didn't put any bacon on my burger so we called back again. The manager was there. He apologized and said there is nothing he can do about it. Do not go here! There is a burger King a few extra mins away on New York. They will get my business from now on. Horrible food and a Horrible Manager
I ordered a Double Whooper, I received a Single Whooper that was Clearly Microwaved with the Bread. I whole Reason I go to Burger King vs McDonalds is I want my Burger Grilled.
My last 3 times I went here same issue my Burger Not being Grilled and the Whole Sandwich Microwaved. Burning Hot Microwaved Bead. Ruined the Sandwich.
Going forward I will not Return to this Location.

I hate I had to even give the "1 star." It's zero for me.
On Tuesday, August 2nd, I foolishly went to this Burger King location. I say “foolishly” because I wasn’t feeling well, my eyes were still dilated from my doctor’s appointment and I was tired. All a combination for disaster. Smh…
I ordered: 4 Impossible Whoppers at $6.00 each (for my mom and I always save for lunches and/or dinner) w/cheese, a Big Fish sandwich at 4.99 and 2 large frozen Mystery Fanta drinks which were advertised as new, for $1.00 each. Well, when I paid for it, I thought I saw like $24.00 and some change. I questioned the cashier about the drinks because I saw the price was actually $5 something. It turned out later to be $5.18. Both of us were wearing masks or at least I think she was too, however, her response was that they didn’t have the right size cup for that price. She also said I had asked for the large. I told her she gave me a choice and I responded that since it was the “same price” I’ll just take the large.
Anyhoo, I received my order and left. Oh! I asked for my receipt. I asked her if it was the "right one?" She said it was. You'll see in the photos what I was given. Incompetence. When I arrived home, after taking my mother’s food items to her and her overpriced drink, I was finally able to see the receipt. Imagine to my surprise when I saw $44.58! What the?!! Immediately I tried to call them. The number on the receipt was a fax number. I Googled it and found the correct number, yet no one answered. I called twice. I drove there the following day and spoke with the same cashier. Smh again…Here’s a short synopsis of her responses:
1. The manager was told that he needed to change the number on the receipt and still has not.
2. The guy working there Tuesday evening was by himself “...so that’s why he didn’t answer the phone…”
3. You didn’t choose the right size and cup (I asked what the cup looked like and she showed me a smaller paper cup).
4. She told me I had to order 2 different versions of the “Impossible Whoppers” that are not even advertised. I responded that’s not what’s advertised and pointed it out to her.
5. I left without my stolen money.
I’m not looking for the entire amount back, just what I overpaid. I did a survey and called the corporate’s customer service number for complaints as well as did a complaint survey. I received a generalized e-mail response that the restaurant manager was notified and would call me. When I called corporate, I was told the same thing, although the person I spoke with did agree that I was overcharged. I called twice. To this day, the manager still has not called.
My next move is to contact BBB and Fair Trade. I hate to be one of those people who are on the court TV shows “based on principle” for such a small amount but I may have to go there. I do know this much though, I’ll never, EVER return to that location and I have shared and will continue to share my story with everyone.
The building is located on the corner of Rt. 34 & Montgomery Rd. Just FYI so you can stay clear of them.
A few days ago i tried ordering two bacon melts and onion rings and a drink, my total came up to 18.22 and I paid , the women behind the counter told me that they're out of small meats so I cancelled my order , she told me she'll refund me directly on my card which is what I used to pay with my order, a few days pass and I still havent been refunded via debit card
Although inside is beautiful, clean, updated and the gentleman that helped us was very nice...The food was meh! I tried their carmel frappe I have been seeing on commercials and was extremely disappointed. I didn't even finish half of it because the taste was not pleasant.
Now let's talk about the cheeseburger which could fit in the palm of my hand. Are they always that small? Also, the meat didn't look all the way cooked, had a pink tone to it. Again is that normal for Burger King?
The fries were nice and FRESH but sadness their ketchup was just liquid like water so we couldn't even use it. With fresh fries you need to have a cooling agent so you can eat them right away.
Overall, our experience was okay here nothing wow about it, but hey maybe next time!
Allanah's customer service was very rude. I waited patiently while they made food and when she came to the register she didn't even look my way and proceeded to serve people who came after me and didn't say anything until I acknowledged her even after eventually looking my way. A little respect goes a long way.
