Vic was amazing not only do we share the same name “Victoria” but she was the kindest person iv ever seen in fast food! So professional and can tell she knows her job well, The food was great and she even got me with offering me a Hershey Pie lol she was so nice and had a great smile! She even asked how everything was a little bit after I had sat and ate and asked if she could take my tray and trash for me she made me feel like I was in a 5 star restaurant her service and the food was amazing! Thanks Vic for a great experience I will be back!!!
Went here for dinner tonight. Went through the drive thru, waited no one spoke. Went to the front door, my husband went inside. No one to be found until he yelled for someone. Employees came out of the office, wiping their noses. Then proceeded to apologize for not helping in the drive thru. He ordered our food, & waited 10 mins for them to get it to us. We were the ONLY ones there, as the employees stood around not doing anything. We get our food. 2 whoppers, 2 fries, & 2 frozen cokes. Our whoppers were disgustingly burnt (black) with about an inch worth of mayo on them, the fries were old already cooked fries they dropped back into the fryer, and our service was absolutely terrible. Would not recommend eating here what’s so ever, & to the manager you should probably get some employees who can actually do their jobs instead of destroying the customer satisfaction of your store. Not even worth the call up there to have our food remade or anything. As I seen on other reviews this storefront doesn’t care about customers at all. Do better.
It sucked. Would give no stars if I could. Got there right between breakfast and lunch. Was told that I could also have a lunch item on my order. Took over 30 minutes to receive said order. And no one was in the lobby. Food was a mangled mess. Like they had a three-year-old back there making it. Burger was ice cold. Ended up throwing everything away. Refused to give me my money back. Only one employee out of six was actually doing anything. Her name was Destiny. She was practically running the whole place by herself. She was cleaning tables. Bagging orders. Greeting any customer that might’ve come in after us. Who ended up turning around and leaving when they found out that the wait was as long as it was going to be. Staff literally acted excited when a woman asked for her coupon back after finding out the wait. You could literally hear one person yelling “We don’t have to worry about her order no more.” Everyone else was cutting up. Yelling and talking like they were hanging out with friends. You could hear music playing and employees lamenting about personal life and see them on their phones. Drink machines were all out with the exception of three flavors. No sign posted about drinks being out. Dining room had all of its chairs up. Floors and tables were still dirty and I literally stuck too booth seat.
I have not been to Burger King in a decade, and I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this particular location. The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff were friendly, smiling, and just nice. The food was really good. If I’m ever in that area, I will definitely visit that Burger King.
Was not happy with the fact that my friend and I both ordered the same exact meal within a minute apart his was almost a dollar cheaper than mine for some odd reason when I ask the cashier why she just shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know 7:49 please I've been emailed Burger King to find out why there is a price difference he paid $6.40 and I paid $7.49 for the same mule and still have not heard anything back from Burger King as well door needs a lot of updates and repairs legs on all the boots are very rusted, about five light bulbs burnt out food was good service could have been better
Last time I came here I had a bad experience but I stopped tonight because it was easy but had a much better experience.
The staff was nice and they made a killer texas double whopper burger. Fries were warm but I usually like em super crispy I wish I asked them to cook em a bit longer.
Drive thru is in a weird spot can be confusing if you haven't been there.
Fast service and staff was accomodating with my half sweet, half unsweet tea. I didn't have to wait long for my meal on way home from work. Thanks guys ????
Omg... Finally a BK with some value to it. This location was closed for a bit fir whatever reason but has now reopened. Workers here were super nice and talked up a storm from just about everything. Food was hot and fresh. Even fries and onion rings were perfect. So odd from being used to the Rockledge dump. Very clean inside too. Just over all satisfied and yes... I will be back to this BK!!!
Probably won't be back again. I guess it's my own fault for not doing their job for them and making sure everything was in the bag. But not getting 2 of the 3 sandwiches I ordered, I'm not really sure how you mess up that bad. And it wasn't even busy. At all.
