I have come to this place twice, and I have had problems with the service both of the times. The first time, no one answered the drive-through, and when I walked inside to ask why, they just looked away without an answer. The second time, same thing happened with one drive-by lane, i had to change lanes, honk the horn, then get the answer. The delivery was slow, but i tried to be patient, only to find out that they messed up my order when i reached home. I had to drive back to get my order right.
I want to give no star as how nice it looks outside, it's a total opposite in the inside. Very dirty. I see 3 staff in the store but no one is cleaning the dining areas. Filthy!!! It was around 4pm and very slow. It's the best time to clean as there were no customers.
i went through the drive through and forgot to order a drink. i was extremely apologetic at the window and all she did was make a face and not say anything. i’m so sorry you have to do your job.
Stay away from Burger King on West Galena and even more so at night. I had a coupon for 2 Whopper junior sandwiches, fries and drink. All the food was cold and it seemed like the burger was either old or over cooked because it was dried out and scorched around the edges. The 2 pieces of lettuce on the burger was white, not green and a drop of mayo and ketsup, small tomato piece,pickle and some onion. I am showing the picked off ingredients of 2 burgers...total experience was disgusting!!! These pics are taken after lifting off the top bun. I ended up putting the patties together on one bun and throwing the other bun in the garbage.
No English at this place I asked for 3 sandwiches I only got 2 doce
dined in here on a thursday afternoon. service was extremely slow as there was only one worker doing both drive through and dine-in orders. she was clearly stressed and i felt bad for her. :( was very friendly and patient, fixed my order when an item was forgotten. you need more workers! or whoever was late that she was waiting on, you need to be on time!! don’t blame her at all. food was okay, i’ve always liked burger king. place was quiet and kid friendly, as the kids got to play in the playground while we waited. hopefully they get the staff they need soon. great place overall, reminds me of my childhood. 3 and a half stars!
This has to be the worst drive thru Burger King in the chain. I keep trying, thinking it will get better but it does not. Please close this one and let a Taco Bell take over.
At 12:55 I pulled up, second drive through still blocked, but no cars in the queue. I ordered and then sat for 22 freaking minutes before I pulled out from behind the car in front of me and just went home.
This place needs to close and let someone else who understands customer service take over. As you can see, I'm not the only one who thinks it's horrible.
Cannot give ZERO STARS!!! Why not, this place sucks.
How hard is it to make a plain sandwich? Apparently if you go here it’s extremely difficult and they want to do more work to f-up the food than to make it plain
