There is no way this location makes it. 12:30pm on Thursday before Memorial Day and the doors are locked. No note on door. Pulled to drive through microphone. Crickets for a minute and a half. Asked twice very politely if they were open. Crickets. I thought maybe they had shuttered the place already. Pulled away and stopped at window to see what was going on. One male employee at the window with his arm/hand on the latch. Another standing beside him talking to him. Sat there for 20 - 25 seconds and never was acknowledged. I drove off. This is at least the fourth visit since their opening and issues each time. Will not go back. Corporate should step in as this location is damaging the brand. I happen to love the burgers, but the brand is going downhill everywhere I visit a BK.
Food quality terrible, service slow and unhelpful. I was the only one in line and it took like 15 minutes. I even ordered ahead. Their app lets you purchase tacos that they apparently don’t sell. The restaurant won’t help and says you have to get your money back online. They didn’t even mention that they didn’t have tacos when I was in the drive through. They made me pull to a parking spot. Then a worker casually mentioned I don’t know why people order tacos when we don’t have them before walking away. I had to get back in line for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Their drive through doesn’t let you out once you’re in so I had to wait another 10 minutes just to leave because at that point someone had gotten in line. I got home and realized they never even gave me my drink. They just need to close.
In the grand strand this is newest and cleanest BK around. The food was hot and fresh. Service is friendly. Warning, don’t get trapped in drive thru it’s only 1 lane with ditch on other side. If you need to leave in hurry you’re trapped. I was there on 4/30/24 at 3 pm and manager was very accommodating. I mentioned that last visit they were out of slush and onion rings. She comped them.
UNPROFESSIONAL! DON'T GO HERE. 2:30pm 5-6-24 It started when I pulled up. I went through the drive-thru when I got to the speaker she said just wait a minute. Waiting a minute to accept 7 to 10 minutes I was about ready to drive off but I had to get food for somebody else too not just me. So when she finally does take the order she has an attitude problem. She couldn't understand what I wanted for my order and as I was trying to explain to her what I wanted and confirm that she was getting it correct she got hostile. So I get up to the window and she opens the window and says I'm not putting up with people's attitudes today. I said I'm not either. She said this 3 to 4 times and I reciprocated with the same answer. Her manager comes over to take the money because she closed window. She's on her cell phone not taking the order of the people that were behind me and the manager is allowing this. She's not feeling the order she's not asking for anybody else's orders I asked her what her name was because I fully intended and am reporting her. I asked her three times and she just fiddled with her cell phone ignoring me. I proceeded to ask the manager what the girl's name was. The first time the manager act like she couldn't hear me so I asked again louder. The manager tells me she doesn't know what the girl's name is. Obviously lying and condoning the behavior of her ignorant employee. When she hands me the food I tell her that's fine because corporate will be able to figure out who was working today. The rude ignorant employee found that amusing and laughed. Poor customer service is an understatement!
Unfortunately, the staff is exceedingly unprofessional. Customers encounter yelling, and overall rudeness, which is random, loud, and unprovoked. Staff complains to the customers about being overworked. Very personal with the public. Casual approach to their job is uncomfortable for the user-consumer, who just wants to order food. They are mercurial, and very impatient when completing a simple food order. Being gracious, understanding, and kind is not reciprocated. Do not eat here. There is no regard for or an effort to serve the customer professionally. They do not try to be polite or show any interest in the dining experience of the user-consumer.
Just got my food delivery. I didn't order MOLD for breakfast! My sandwich has mold all over the bottom of the bread. SO PISSED! Can't get in touch with the store because the number is disconnected. This is freaking nasty! Hope this one closes down or get people who have better food quality control knowledge.
Sorriest Burger King around. My husband went through drive through to get milkshakes. He sat at waiting on someone to acknowledge him, when they finally did they of course had no milkshakes. The girl told him to go to Wendy's, when my husband was pulling around to leave the girl was hanging out of the window talking loudly with a guy on her phone. He was mocking my husband and using foul language.and they were laughing at him. This girl evidently doesn't want to work. Why can't they hire decent help
This place is comical at least. At 10:10 there were screaming complaints people waited till the last minute for breakfast. On the intercom the lady said this to a customer too. Someone left gas on which led to additional screaming. A lady wasn’t given her drinks and was told it was her problem. I could go on just from my 20 min wait in the drive thru.
