I had the Double Texas Whopper today at about 2:15pm through the drive through. Fast, friendly and fresh. Thank you Burger King!
I don’t know what happened, but this Burger King has turned itself around! In the last four weeks that I’ve eaten here everything that I’ve gotten is hot and fresh and the service is great! Everyone’s kindness regardless of dine in or drive through was refreshing. Loving this new crew!!!
If I could give this place a 0 stars I would the older woman that was there asked if we wanted our receipt and we had said yes she just rolled her eyes and seemed bothered by it just to give it to us.. then on our burgers they gave us old lettuce on it disgusting.. we didn’t even bother to go back and complain just to not see her face. They didn’t even have a long line or nothing we were the only car in the drive thru. Just literally a disgusting place..
This order was the worst meal I have ever gotten at Burger King. I took one bite and threw it in the trash. The bun was completely black and the fish was over cooked. It was very bitter. Needless to say it was not good and I was very disappointed.
I guess when they say they open at 6 on the app, that is just a suggested time for them to open. Ordered my food through the app, pulled up in the drive thru with the screens off. Then pulled up to the window and the two workers have passed by the window and even looked at me a few times but chooses to ignore me. This is ridiculous. If it says to be open at 6 then have your store ready or at least talk with your customers. This is horrible service. Been sitting here for 35 minutes
Made my parents first time to BK in El Reno a joyful experience and the food was great. They will be regulars!
My food is only good about half the time. It's inconsistent. The drive through menu is not correct. I've pointed this out before but they never changed it.
Service is fast and friendly but zero stars for the food. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and what I got was inedible. Looks like someone cut the chicken in half and the put it back in the fryer. The chicken was so thin that it just turned to rubber and the fries were cold.
