This store just needs to close at this point. No one here knows anything or understands english and they work here everyday. Its fine if you dont understand English well but you cant have attitude at the same time. They always looked bothered when a customer walks in the store but then they take 5+ minutes to take your order and prepare it. You’d think they’d get you out fast considering they don’t want to work. Management acts just like the crew dirty attitudes. There are only 1-3 people here that actually seem to know how to do their job. And they always forget things in your order. Never fails. People constantly complain about this place and i always leave more upset than the last time.
My orders came without the extras I paid for (bacon, double patty, etc). They want to charge extra for sauce, but makes your orders wrong. I feel awful for the employees, they only have 1 person in the front and maybe 1 in the kitchen (maybe even not). The female that was working there was trying her best but seemed worn out from working alone. They need more staff to avoid mistakes like this. Very very disappointing, i didn’t get the food I paid for.

I ordered through Burger King website, I was a little bit skeptical about it since most of the time I order through a thirt party or walk-in. I decided to do it; I order 4 Cheeseburgers, 10 pieces chicken tender, 5 medium French fries, 1 medium Onion Rings with zesty sauce and 4 small Soft sorf after I placed an order like almost 30 min pass and my phone ran
I didn't recognized the number and I answered and for my surprise it was the manager from Burger King to inform me that the ice cream machine wasn't working and they didn't have Onion Rings but she can offer me 4 Hershey's pies and instead of the Onion rings another Fries and of course I was pleased with her called. I ask her if can get refunded she answered "no" if I want to get a refund I have to call directly to BK customer service; I was like let take her offer ( at first I misunderstood, I thought you was offering me Apple pies and I told her we don't eat apple pies, can we get Hershey's pies instead and she was yes that what I said before lol). I also asked for Milkshake and she said it is the same machine.
I'm very thankful for her to called me and provided me with other choices, she was very helpful/professional another thing is because they didn't have Onion Rings, I still wanted the Zesty sauce and I told if she can send me some and put 6 I mean I'm speechless because no Fast food restaurant calls at least on my personal experience
Employees are so slow in this location and the tables are not clean. No one seems interested in providing service to customers. I don't recommend it unless you are really hungry and no other options available around.
Place is immaculate, the employees cleaned and disinfected twice while I was sitting there having meal ????
The staff is very nice and provided excellent service. Scarlett the Assistant Manager went the extra mile to help me.
Cashier called me to take my order but left to help other people after I approached the counter and ignored me. I was left waiting while people behind me placed their orders. The other cashier took my order and told some troll in the back how to prepare it because apparently these people work there and don't know how to make a burger. When I finally got my food, I was very disappointed. The bread on my burger was stale, and my burger was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. It was horrible. My friend's chicken nuggets were stale and cold. Other people who ordered before me were still waiting for their food. Don't come to this under staffed Burger King. You will be disappointed. Not worth $10, I think I deserve a free burger ????
This is the absolute WORST Burger King I have ever wasted my money on.. FIRST I realized they gave me a PLAIN Whopper when I ordered a regular lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.. I let that slide because I should have checked before I left the restaurant.. but THEN as I’m eating it, I also realized ITS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY! Every time I go to this establishment, I am NEVER out in under 10 minutes. That’s including the times I’m the ONLY person in line.. I will NEVER spend another cent at this place... there’s always something wrong with my order whether the food isn’t hot or they’ve missed something... sad part is there isn’t a variety of fast food in this neighborhood smh
