I went in to Burger King last Thursday morning and I was treated like royalty by Ingrid and Simon. I appreciated their eye contact, friendliness, and attentiveness. They certainly made me feel like a true guest. Customer service is everything. Without it you have nothing! Your crew is doing great! Keep up the good work!
breakfast crew is great. i’ve never had issues in the morning. afternoon/evening crew is completely different. they’re rude and have a HIGH rate of getting my orders wrong. and when i bring back the wrong orders, there’s very little assistance unless i go online about it
I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru at breakfast with only one person in front of me, and I left with stuff I didn't even order. That's on me for that, and I know we're all struggling right now, but it's a sausage croissandwich. It's not difficult. The BK down on 56th is better. Go there.
Went through drive-thru today and ordered the " Original Chicken Sandwich Italian Combo" I also wanted to substitute the fries for onion rings, in which they gave me fries anyway. However, I was given a plain chicken sandwich, as you can see in my photo. Very disappointed, how exactly hard is it to take the order,make it, dispense it and get it out the window correctly. They charge you whether you get what you want or not, my job is on the go, and I do not have time to do burger kings job. Needless to say I will definitely scratch that location off my list!
Terrible customer service, asked for no onions on my whopper and they decided to put nothing on it instead. Only ones in the drive thru and had us waiting in the parking lot for 10 Mins for our order. All the employees were running around like they didn't know what they were doing.
If could give 0 stars I would that should be a option when making reviews. It was the worst experience I've had in years and I should've know better than to eat burger king, I haven't eaten there in 20 years and I know why. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and tried to order 2 six piece nuggets which was clearly written on the menu 4 piece chicken nugget and 6 piece nugget. Carlicia the lady who took our order said they didn't have 6 piece and only had 4 and 10 piece....stupid. I went ahead and said ok cause my fiance didn't want to make it a big deal. So we went ahead with our order, she said it'll be 6 mins for our spicy chicken and for us to pull to the front of the building which we did. When we got our food the nuggets had some white stuff on 1 of the 10 pieces took it back got another one and didn't check the spicy chicken sandwiches because what could've been wrong with them when we just waited 6 mins for them? That was the driest chicken sandwich I've ever had, the chicken was dried out to where it was dark meat instead of a white meat chicken breast like it's supposed to be... there was zero sort of condiment on it which maybe would've helped with the dryness of that piece of meat. I couldn't even stomach it let alone swallow it from how dry it was cutting up my gums and roof of my mouth dry. I know better than to give burger king the benefit of the doubt no matter how hungry I am or how conveniently close it's located to me or where I'm going.
This is the second time I’ve put in an order on Grubhub. They accept the order, but when the driver goes to pick up the food my order is cancelled either cause they give the food to someone else, or they’re closed. Even tried the drive thru and nobody is even there. Don’t order from here. Just go somewhere else.
Today I stopped at drive through and there was no response so I drove around to the window and Simon kindly gave me my order for FREE!!! I only ordered a small drink! Great service!!
