The food was excellent the service was great they would have got a five-star but the manager's uniform was really dirty like he didn't care just woke up and came to work. Bad for Business, I guess he think it's ok because of that area, everyone deserves great service no matter where the location is., Isaiah was great and Bianca was so awesome...
The gentleman Neva working drive thru on 3/18/24 did his job very well. Humble dude. Kind and quick. Wish more of my experiences at BK would go this well. I get grief because I'm allergic to sesame seeds. When I ask for buns without the seeds, it's like I ask for the people working to solve an advanced calculus question. Neva understood without hesitation and made the order my way. Which is rare to get from a company that ironically enough has those same words as part of their slogan. I had it my way and it tasted great. Cheers to you Neva! Hope you get a raise my friend! God bless you.
They seem pretty disorganized but it's a good place for kids. My baby's enjoyed it either way
This location was excellent! The employee in the drive thru was super friendly, even separated our orders into separate bags to make it easier for us. Best fast food experience I have had in a long time!
This location is very racist they only hire Hispanic people. I asked them do they hire anybody else besides Spanish people they lied and was very unprofessional hanging up in customer faces ignoring customer phone calls. I have been racially discriminated against and I am looking to a file lawsuit because nobody should be treated this way. This place is very dirty they don't clean and like I said they are racist people and they only hire their own kind and Burger King franchise is not like that. I feel that everyone at this location needs to be replaced with people who actually love their job and not rude to customers. The worst thing you can do is be racist and very rude and disrespectful that's the worst.
Don’t go here they like to hold food cause problems but let the dope heads smoke dope in the bathroom can’t even use it how nasty they are watch out they like to threaten intimidate cause they can’t do there job sorry if I don’t like ur job get a new one I didn’t ask I to work there lol bunch of crack heads so just keep going don’t stop here
Just left out the drive thru, told they didn't have the bread for an original chicken sandwich so I had to get it on whopper bread. In which i didn't mind but the sandwich was soggy and horrible along with the chicken fries which were hard as a brick. Didn't have time to go back an complain so I have literally called 20 times with no answer. Which is hard to believe being that it was 6 people including the manager at drive thru with their mask underneath there nose. Not to mention they were very very rude. No wonder they had 0 cars in the driveway. The owner needs to go check in at his establishment unless he doesn't care.
Was there the other day and I was told by one of their employees I don't care when I asked how long it was going to be and they're just rude there I wouldn't recommend it find the Carl's Jr on the other side of the street
