On my way back from Charlotte my friend and I decided to stop at this burge king. It was the best ever experience at a burger King. The cashier was so nice to us. After we placed our order, it was delivered to us within 5 minutes. This was literally the best ever burger and fries.
So far BK has produced the best original fast food chain burger in my opinion (McDonald’s, Hardee’s, etc.) On the most recent visit the fries were slightly undercooked. Ordered online pulled up to the drive-through and had to pull ahead to wait for our food to be prepped and brought out to us.
Don't go there. They will mess up your order. I've been there a bunch. And only got my order correct two times. I'm done going there. Noone wants to work.
I ordered a number two that comes with ham, sausage, and bacon. This is the garbage they gave me. I’m at work and can’t go back before breakfast is over. I need my coins back.
Ms. Penny, Betty, and Shannon are all excellent managers! You can't help but love these women for such hard work and beautiful attitudes. When their on shift I personally experience the quality of my food as how it's supposed to be. When dealing with Penny, she likes to use the slogan "You rule, king!".
Want me to reverse when I stopped nobody had the window open not my job to pay attention to you… guess won’t be going to this location either … stop parking cars to make your time better in reality you need hard workers not lazy people night crew needs looking into as well. Didn’t need a burger that bad. N your attitude so manger n shuts the window like take the payment at the second window but u lost money not me.
Closes the restaurant before the designated time and they don't answer the phone. Management needs to be contacted
Have not been here since renovation so I was immediately impressed by the appearance. The cashier was friendly, professional and very attentive to our special order. The whole place was clean and one worker kept disinfecting the tables. I'll be back.
