I walked in and waited about ten minutes before walking out without being served. As I wait their was only one cashier taking orders and I witnessed the same lady taking money from customers and with those same hands go over and start grabbing boxes of french fries and scooping bowls of soup without washing her hands or putting any gloves on. This is a very discussing act. The staff manager had no control of the timely pace to serve customers, there was no friendly greeting. I am disappointed and discussed at this location and will not be returning. Today's date is 02/28/24 the time was between 5 and 530pm. This Burger King is located on Orchard Rd by the Home Depot.
After verifying my order with the cashier, told it was going to be 7 minutes. I was given something different. Twice. I pointed out the picture on the menu. Was confronted by the manager saying they did not have that item and to accept what I have. Nice.
Every time I come here and go through the drive thru I am asked to pull around to a handicap spot and someone will bring my food out. Multiple times I have waited over 15 minutes. Today I had to go inside and ask for a refund and told them I didn't want my food. Either it wasn't prepared or it was one of the bags that had been sitting there for longer than the 5 minutes I waited in line to ask for a refund. On top of this issue, there is no apology or even friendliness in dealing with an issue that is cleary the responsibility of this slow food establishment.
Order made uncorrectly and when. I asked for a remake the employee got very hostile would not recommend if you want to be in a good mood
Enjoyed a satisfying meal at Burger King! The classic Whopper was deliciously juicy, and the fries were crispy perfection. Quick service and affordable prices made it a great choice for a simple, tasty bite. Will definitely be back! Especially for their $1 ice cream cones!
The service can be slow at times but the restaurant is clean and easy to find, the food is good and they have a tv to watch as well as high chairs for the little ones.
So slow like you can't imagine. Lines be long and wait is like 20 minutes you go inside and is the same wait with like 5 workers and the manager always got a bad attitude workers on they phone just looking like they doing work instead of helping get orders out -0 manager there is rude his energy is bad he has no good vibes the way he treats his workers is bad when he is not there the vibes are different

We went here on Thursday October 5. Staff was OK. They did their jobs, but thats about it. Expect no kind remarks here, just cold efficiency.
We ordered 2 2/5 jr whoppers, an 8 piece nugget, onion rings, fries. Food was pretty good. The jr whoppers were fantastic, the onion rings and fries were around a 8/10. The chicken nuggets were nothing special though. (For around 16 bucks)
I’ve been to this place before, and some of the other items I’ve ordered have been disappointments, this includes the new wraps (barely anything in it worth mentioning), the chicken sandwiches (often old, need to ask for fresher ones), and sometimes the bigger burgers are dry at this location, so its a 50/50.
The only consistent item I’ve gotten here so far is the 2/5 jr whoppers.
Overall, go here if you want cheap food and quick service, but don’t expect kind remarks and smiles as well.
