REAL UNPROFESSIONAL AS A BUSINESS AND LOCATION
ME TRYING TO FEED MY FAMILY SOMETHING LATE AND FRESH OFF WORK I ORDERED AHEAD AND ONLINE TO AVOID THE WAIT AND THE FOOD BE MADE ALREADY A WORKER SITTING OUTSIDE IN HER CAR WATCH ME AND OTHER CARS PULL UP TO THE SPEAKER AND SIT THERE FOR MINUTES PULLING TO THE WINDOW AND THE WORKER WAS SITTING THE CAR THE WHOLE TIME WATCHING US. NOW SINCE I PAID ONLINE AHEAD MY MONEY IS ON YOUR TIME.

Just left here. Absolute worst customer service with attitude at the speaker. Messed up my order and gave me cold food. Absolutely disgusting ???? ???? Waste of money, time and energy come in at this running down Burger King. If you like cold food that’s not dressed right and people with attitude this is the perfect place for you. Whopper Junior wasn’t even wrapped like you’re supposed to be or dressed like it was suppose to And nowhere near warm. Does not deserve a store or a half a star
Went to the store on Florida and N Foster around 10:30p and the short lady with the black work shirt was sooo rude she close the window door on us and everything after asking for ketchup and she said they was out so we ask for Honey mustard to replace she said yea for .25 I’m like if yall don’t have ketchup which is very inconvenient for me the customer why not try to help and replace what YALL are missing it’s not my fault yall not stocked up with condiments. She was very rude and disrespectful closing that window and turning her back I’m soo unsatisfied with this kind of service 0/10 never again then the onion rings was soggy
Rude ghetto manager! Even though it's a 2 dollar meal. Customer service is still important to me. I didn't see bacon so I brought it back and the manager was so rude and said wow she sees bacon. Didn't even remake it just gave it back to me and said I would have to pay more.

I ordered the #2 Texas Whopper with onion rings large. My sandwich was made wrong. I asked to add BBQ sauce and cut it in half. It didn't have the BBQ sauce or want cut in half. Bun was cold.
So I am from out of town, and in a different area (it is kind of obvious) but to have to waite 5+ minutes to be acknowledged to give an order at a fast food place?
Also had to ask 3 times for access to the restroom.....
That's a no from me.
Fresh clean restaurant staff friendly and professional very respectful!!!!! Food was fresh and hot little to no wait time less than 5 minutes
