Our order number was 98. The lady who was working yelled out number 96 and she looked right at me and yelled loudly number 96. I said to her my number is 98 and said I don’t know why you are looking at me when there are other patrons there. We just sat down. Then she started yelling at her coworkers and hitting the counter with food. She looked at me like I didn’t speak any English and was really rude. If it was my number I would have went up and get the food but since it was not I was not going to get up and take someone else food. We all have bad days but there was no reason for that behavior. It was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Even if that didn’t come up on time there is no reason to yell the number out loudly like that and be rude and she assumed the wrong person. Just because I’m a minority does not mean I do not understand English. It was highly unprofessional and it was the worst experience I have ever had and this establishment. No one forced them to work there. I hope going forward you can train the employees to have better customer service skills. She assumed that order was mine. The look that I received and treatment I got from her was uncalled for. Regardless if it was my order or not. Maybe it takes people a while to get up and go get the order from the counter. There was no need for screaming angrily and slamming things.
The staff here are professional and courteous, even though they are short staffed due to the pandemic. Restaurant was modern and sanitary. The food was cooked well and displayed correctly on the trays. Probably the best BK experience I've ever had! Great job FF BK!!
Store was dirty ...staff was unprofessional....although some aspects of the food were good, it was still sloppily put together...DO NOT ORDER THEIR TACOS !!!(see pictures)....waste of your money, they were HORRIBLE tasting....idk were the other reviewers were eating but it was not BK in FF !!
The worst customer service ever, they don’t have food done on time, they make you wait in line for 10-15 minutes for your food, and the food isn’t even warm. Unexceptional and terrible terrible service from this Burger King highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I used to enjoy the 2 for $6 deal on the Impossible King and Impossible Whopper at Burger King, but unfortunately, they've discontinued it. Now, the prices have gone up, and there aren't many appealing deals available. It feels like a waste of money without those budget-friendly options. Specifically, the 2 for $6 deal on the Impossible King was a favorite, but now a single Impossible King costs about $6.
We held up the line because it took them forever to make one burger and 5 wraps
We had waited for nearly 7 minutes to even be acknowledged in the drive through. We were told to wait a few more minutes while they took the order of two newer customers first. We then were able to speak to the employee again and were AGAIN told to wait a few more minutes while there were no other patrons in line. We ended up leaving as they obviously did not want our business. Will not be going back.
I ate here. I ordered a Whopper and they gave me a Whopper. Everything worked out perfectly. I did have to stand there for like 5 whole minutes before they'd talk to me and let me order, since they were paying too much attention to the drive thru.
If I were them, I'd alter the drive thru so that it spills out into the Hy-Vee parking lot. Then they can take as long as they need for the drive thru!
Anyway, the food was pretty good. It was a nice meal.
