Walked in and waited and waited while five people continued working and didn't even acknowledge us. Finally a kid walks to the cash register. And some guy cuts in line in front of all of us, and when I said hey wait a minute we're all here waiting the employee says "well he's with doordash". Burger King never disappoints, especially when I'm craving the Bacon King. This burger is a savory treat, packed with thick, crispy bacon and perfectly melted cheese on top of juicy, flame-grilled patties. Every visit I make, the service is quick and the staff are friendly, making it a reliable spot for a fast and satisfying meal. It's consistently delicious, and definitely my go-to order. For anyone looking for a hearty burger, the Bacon King at Burger King is a must-try!
Every time we go here, the chicken nuggets in the kids' meals have been sitting in the warmer for way too long, and they are so dryed out that the kids can't even eat them the only reason I gave 4 stars on service is the manager who seems to be working harder than any of her employees asked us how things were and made fresh nuggets for us today. The soda machine is always out of at least 2 flavors, usually the orange Hi-C, and that's a favorite of all of the kids it has a decent playground, and hopefully, the manager will find a decent crew and this location will go back uphill.
This is a great Burger King location. The dining area and the bathrooms were very clean during my last visit. The manager was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and tasted great. I recommend this location if you are in the West area of Roy.
Second time at the window to order a milkshake. Ice cream machine is broken. So I had to wait in line to leave. Maybe a sign " We have no Ice cream, machine is broken. ". Won't be back.
Just went through the drive through for a whopper and a chicken sandwich. Whopper was fine but the chicken sandwich was so overcooked and dry I couldn’t eat it. I also asked for no tomato, they obviously just took the tomato off of a sandwich that was already made because there were tomato seeds on the chicken pattie. What if I have a tomato allergy? Those seeds could have caused me harm. Do better Burger King, do better!
The teenager working 9/3/2023 was in such a bad mood. And what the heck is this “double cheeseburger” the Pattie’s literally are too small to even fit on the bun. Overcooked
This place needs help. The tatted manager was cool, she needs a better job for sure she prolly handles way to much. But this place was nasty, the bathrooms was nasty, the tables were nasty, and the employees Don’t care. I’m assuming meridian owns this location lol, also they discontinued whipped crème on the shakes? So maybe y’all should lower the prices. Also watch an employee sneeze all over the place and didn’t bother covering his mouth. Nasty location
