Food was okay, fresh but not that hot as I like to eat my food ..bread was lil bit cold ,(whopper sandwich)

terrible place honestly very ghetto workers all they never listen to your order ever i’ve never seen such lazy people and dirty people when you walk in there’s always trash everywhere and the people look like they don’t want to be there which is pretty reasonable but all they do is mess up my order it’s like the can’t process words coming from peoples mouth extremely rude workers as well never seen such a disappointing burger you can tell them no ketchup and soon as you get into your food there will be ketchup and random stuff you never asked for. burger king employees do better this is just sorry.
This is not the first time that this restaurant scammed the burger. My son went there with a coupon last time and they said they do not take coupon which is a lie because I have use them there plenty of times. The burger I got today looks pitiful. They need to hire new workers before this restaurant shuts down
Absolutely the WORST SERVICE I have ever received. Employees and Management are fully unaware of how to do there jobs and have horrible customer service. Do not use there online app because they will tell you they did not receive your order because they don’t have an app and then proceed to say when you call them to try and receive corporate’s information for a refund after leaving that the orders are now magically working on the app they apparently do not have.
I love this restaurant I use my app and get my 3 dollar whopper on wensday and its alot of smiling faces as you enter the door, and great milk shakes they even made me a.vanila and chocolate shake
4/7/2024 5:14pm the gentleman working the window saved the experience. I had a 20 minute wait time, but this young man went above and beyond. He got toys for my upset kids and got me back in a good mood. 10/10 keep this young man!!!!!
I ordered through the app. And went through the drive thru to pick it up. This is a picture of my Whopper Jr. Absolutely disgusting.
They said wait one min but take over 20min .No car order food .at 7:41 pm 11/15/2023 .we late go back work
