I went to this burger king with my family and we asked for a fresh 8 meal, fresh 8 pc chicken fry, and a medium 1 meal with bacon and cheese. When we got the food the only thing that was fresh was the fries and there was no bacon on my whopper. Can the order takers just not hear?
Place has went downhill. Especially during the evening. They can never make a sandwich correctly even when there is a screen with it put in right. Food is warm at best. Young gentleman that works the drive thru seems to be the only competent person there.
Absolutely disgusting! How can you put so much mayo and ketchup on a kids burger and expect them to eat it. Screwed up our order also.

I've asked for light mayo on 9 separate occasions and each time they have loaded my burger with mayo. I asked for them to remake my burger today and they gave it back with no cheese on it.
Edit: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, BAN THEM FROM USING MAYO!!!
Horrible customer service! There is a sign on the cash register that reads short staff use kiosk or wait for cashier. I waited for 15minutes while being walked pasted Multiple times by three different employees. I finally ask if someone would take my order because i am a truck driver and needed to get back on the road. I was met with such rudeness, eye rolling, and lip smacking. The young lady(about 5’8 and blond hair) began arguing with me on the line in front of customers. I told her instead of arguing that she could be placing my order. She aggressively walked over to the cashier ( still arguing) and said what do you want? I said you know what I’m fine and walked away. That was the most horrible customer service I ever experienced. Please don’t go to this location if you like being a valuable customer.
Something to be said even during Covid no lines because food is horrible. I have lived in New Boston for more than 20yrs only fast food location will drive to another community to give them my business. Flat soda, cold fries, don't even want to mention about the sandwich. So please if you don't want to waste your money don't stop at BK in New Boston it's not your way but on its way to the garbage.
I asked for the impossible burger which is a meatless burger because it is plant based! Since staff doesn’t know what an impossible burger is, they assume it’s a veggie burger no meat! Re-train these children that think they’re adults in this establishment because to assume a person wants no meat because they order an impossible burger is not the answer!
