Gentlemen on window tonight was amazing, joking with him big ole smile on his face, but man is the food disgusting, Burger was supposed to have everything on it, it was plain, don’t even know if they toasted the bun, tasted like it was from a cookout, and the wrap, well just look at the picture.
Ordered whopper with cheese bacon king 8 PC mozzarella 2 large fries and 2 cookies and on our receipt says whopper jr cheese also why isn't the amount on receipt of the cost of each item
Manager rude and confusing. Asked if they were done serving breakfast and the cashier said yes then the manager jumps on saying yes we are were surving lunch. I said that was a little confusing. She said she didn't know what she was talking about we aren't serving breakfast. I responded that's what she said and the manager kept arguing so I leftm
Never in my life have I ever come across this. Ordered a whopper and french fry and I got a whopper and an empty fry. Do an IQ test on the people you hire because this is basic child like intelligence. You order a fry and the next person fills it. Its not rocket science. Unreal.
There is no service. No counter assistance . Use their order board or go through drive thru. There was 4 other people that came in and left. Left me with. The feeling of you can't have it your way but Please Just Go Away !!! Really sad of how far they have fallen. Will never go back after going there for Over 20 years
The frozen Coke was pure syrup on a block of ice and I cannot believe I slurped that separated mess. Also I was given an impossible Whopper, (I wanted a standard Whopper) which was thin and tasteless. No cow here peple
It's a nice clean place to eat with a Kids Play Land inside. We ordered inside. The employees were courteous, the service was fast and the food was hot.
So now the employees cant even be bothered to take an order!? They are only taking orders at the kiosk inside? This is not service. Place my order at the kiosk then pay at the counter. What moron came up with this idea?
