There was a curly black hair on my onion ring! ???? I felt sick to my stomach. Also, soda was watered-down and Whopper was cold and sub-par. Very disappointed.

I ordered a mushroom Swiss melt, went to eat they gave me a cheeseburger with mushrooms & Swiss cheese but charged me for a melt. The food was all cold. I've called 20 times & they won't answer the phone

A lot of people complaining about the food but my food has been excellent since they reopened. It's always been right, fresh, and hot. The day shift crew is not as nice as the over night crew but never a problem with my food. I travel past other BK's to come to this one. Never go to the one on Avalon. Lol.

I want to express my gratitude to all the employees of this location. We have several BKs near us, but we prefer to go a little further away because of the quality and service that are first class.

If you want to remember the BK of the 80's this is the one!

Even the first time I visited them, I had to close my eyes while enjoying that whopper! Suddenly I could feel and transport myself to that time when we sat as a family after saying that phrase in which you bought one, and you received another for the sole act of saying, I like fresh meat on the grill!!!

Service was a little slow, but it seemed they didn't have enough help. The server did apologize for the wait. The food was hot and fresh and I wasn't in any hurry. This location has recently been remodeled and is very nice inside.

Found an onion ring in my fries today, best day ever. Matter of fact, this BK has never failed to make my day better since I started living in Orlando for school. Only had 1 bad experience in 3 years of coming here with a sassy manager on a morning shift which is honestly not too bad considering the overall reputation of burger king. Props to the young employees, all hard working, kind, and generous.

For the price is what you expect the guy and the girl that took care of my order were really nice she was like brown mix with red and the guy had half his arm tattooed he was the only guy over there. The whopper was really MID tbh and fries were warm but not fresh and really salty.

Change your oil! I could tell the second they opened the window and all I could smell was burnt food. My fries were much darker than usual for a burger king. They were dry, hard, acrid, and had a bitter aftertaste, all signs of dirty oil to me at least.

The burgers were fine, the staff was friendly, very quick service. Brownie points for being one of the only 24hr Burger King's I know of, that definitely came to the rescue for me.
